Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Lawyer Explains 1,000 Bottles of Baby Oil, Says He Buys In Bulk From Costco!
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyer explains the 1,000 bottles of baby oil seized during a raid on his homes — saying Diddy “buys in bulk” from Costco.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is in hot water, as new details surface regarding his ongoing legal troubles. Just weeks after his arrest on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for prostitution, his lawyer is speaking out about the bizarre evidence tied to the case, including a stockpile of baby oil and allegations of infamous “Freak Off” parties.
Diddy’s Lawyer Questions Baby Oil Claims
Following Diddy’s arrest, attention has turned to some of the more unusual details in the federal indictment. According to reports, law enforcement seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil from the rapper’s properties during searches earlier this year. The allegations surrounding these bottles are fueling further speculation about Diddy’s so-called “Freak Offs,” which are described in legal documents as elaborate, coercive sex parties involving multiple participants.
In an interview preview for TMZ’s upcoming documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo addressed the claim head-on. “I don’t know where the number 1,000 came from,” Agnifilo said. “I can’t imagine it’s thousands.”
When reminded that the number was taken from federal documents, Agnifilo didn’t back down. “I’m really not sure what the baby oil has to do with anything,” he said, adding with a shrug, “I guess it was used for lubrication during these supposed orgies.”
“One Bottle Goes a Long Way”
Agnifilo’s comments were laced with skepticism as he further questioned why anyone would need such an enormous supply. “One bottle of baby oil goes a long way,” he quipped. “I don’t know what you’d even need 1,000 for.”
When asked why his client had such a large quantity of baby oil, Agnifilo offered a light-hearted explanation. “He has a big house, he buys in bulk,” the lawyer claimed. “I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home.”
Jokingly, Agnifilo added, “Have you sat in the parking lot of a Costco and seen what people walk out of there with? It could be anything.” Despite the humor, Agnifilo remained unconvinced about the 1,000-bottle figure. “I don’t think it was a thousand. Let’s just say it was a lot.”
“Freak Offs” and Shocking Allegations
The federal indictment paints a far more serious picture of the events allegedly taking place in Diddy’s homes. The “Freak Offs,” which Diddy’s legal team casually referred to as “threesomes,” are detailed as much more sinister in court documents. The indictment accuses Diddy of organizing “elaborate sex performances,” where victims were allegedly coerced through force and threats to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers.
Diddy, 54, is also accused of recording these encounters and distributing drugs to ensure compliance from his victims. According to the legal documents, “During Freak Offs, Combs distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep them obedient and compliant.” It’s also alleged that participants were given IV fluids to recover from the physical and emotional toll of these parties.
Adding to the disturbing nature of the charges, the indictment claims that Diddy kept secret recordings of these sessions and crossed state and international lines to transport commercial sex workers.
Arrest and Not Guilty Plea
Diddy was arrested in New York City on September 16 and promptly pleaded not guilty to the charges during a hearing the following day. The arrest followed a years-long investigation that culminated in a 14-page indictment, outlining multiple serious criminal offenses tied to the rapper’s lavish lifestyle.
In response to the charges, Diddy’s attorney continues to maintain his innocence, brushing off some of the more peculiar allegations, such as the stockpile of baby oil and the nature of the “Freak Offs.”
“They called them ‘Freak Offs,’” Agnifilo told TMZ. “But back when I was a kid in the late ‘70s, they were called threesomes.”
A Prediction from the Past
As the legal drama unfolds, an old interview from 1999 has resurfaced, where Diddy eerily seemed to foreshadow his current predicament. In the video, the Bad Boy Entertainment founder predicted that his parties might eventually land him in hot water with the law.
“You’re gonna hear about my parties, they’re gonna be shuttin’ ’em down,” Diddy told Entertainment Tonight at the time. “They’re gonna probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just ’cause we wanna have a good time.”
Despite his carefree attitude at the time, the current charges suggest that Diddy’s “good times” may have come at a steep cost. The upcoming trial is set to be one of the most high-profile cases in recent entertainment history, with both fans and critics closely watching as new developments emerge.
For now, Sean “Diddy” Combs remains in custody as his legal team works to navigate the growing mountain of accusations and evidence.
