‘Sister Wives’ Fans DRAG Robyn’s Daughters for Claiming They Were Never Accepted by Kody’s Family!

On the latest episode of Sister Wives, tensions rise as Robyn Brown’s daughters, Aurora and Breanna, open up about feeling unwelcome in Kody Brown’s family.

Robyn, who married Kody in 2014, has three children from her previous marriage to David Preston Jessop, including Aurora, 22, and Breanna, 19. Since marrying Kody, Robyn and Kody have had two additional children together.

Aurora and Breanna Share Their Feelings of Rejection

During the episode, Aurora made a heartbreaking revelation about how she and her siblings never truly felt like part of Kody’s extended family, which includes his 16 other children from his marriages to his three former wives — Christine, Janelle, and Meri.

“My mom’s kids and I have each had our own experiences being told directly — on multiple occasions by different people — that we weren’t accepted, that we weren’t seen as sisters or part of the family,” Aurora shared during the emotional segment.

Breanna echoed her sister’s sentiments, adding, “The parents could have done a better job with connecting us as a family and it never really happened.” Their remarks revealed the deep-rooted emotional divide between Robyn’s children and Kody’s other kids.

Kody Sides With Robyn’s Daughters

While Sister Wives viewers have seen Christine assert that her children always viewed Robyn’s kids as siblings, Kody seemed to agree with Aurora and Breanna’s take on the situation. During the episode, Kody explained that he believed certain family members felt “superior,” and intentionally excluded Robyn’s children.

“There are some people in my family who feel superior to others and say, ‘Oh well, we’re not going to include them in our club,’” Kody remarked, seemingly backing his daughters’ concerns about not being fully embraced by the rest of the Brown family.

Fans React

Sister Wives fans spoke out in response to Aurora and Breanna’s statements, suggesting that Kody and Robyn influenced their perspectives. One fan noted, “Aurora and Breanna saying they weren’t accepted by the other kids sounds like more of Kody and Robyn’s narrative. The other kids were always welcoming. It feels like Kody and Robyn have been isolating them to keep control.”

Another commented, “Kody and Robyn poisoned Aurora and Breanna against the rest of the family. You could see from earlier seasons that the older kids made efforts to bond. Kody and Robyn are just trying to rewrite history.”

Someone else stated, “It’s sad to see Aurora and Breanna believe they weren’t accepted. Kody and Robyn pushed the narrative that their kids were outsiders, but that’s on them, not the rest of the family. I remember Christine’s kids always trying to include Robyn’s.”

A fourth person shared, “I feel like Kody and Robyn have brainwashed their kids into thinking they’re not welcome, when really, it’s Kody and Robyn who alienated the family from the start. Christine’s kids were always open to everyone.”

Another viewer observed, “Aurora and Breanna’s perspective sounds like something they’ve been fed by Kody and Robyn. The other kids didn’t push them away; it was Kody and Robyn who created that divide by playing favorites.”

Kody Admits He’s Done With Polygamy

The latest episode aired following Kody’s candid confession that he has no interest in welcoming another sister wife into his life after his separations from Meri, Janelle, and Christine. Over a span of just 14 months, Kody’s relationships with his three former wives fell apart, and he admitted that the idea of bringing a new wife into the family is no longer appealing.

“I wouldn’t be interested in welcoming another sister wife into the family,” Kody said, reflecting on his recent splits.

Christine’s Public Split from Kody

Christine Brown was the first to announce her split from Kody in November 2021 after more than 25 years together. In an Instagram statement, she shared the difficult decision to end their relationship, writing, “Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave.”

Christine also emphasized that they would remain present in each other’s lives for the sake of their children.

“We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.”

Janelle’s Separation Confirmed

Following Christine’s announcement, Janelle’s separation from Kody was revealed in late 2022 during the Sister Wives: One on One special. Kody explained, “I’m separated from Janelle and I’m divorced from Christine. Janelle has made it pretty clear to me that she’s enjoying her life without me.”

Janelle Brown

Janelle confirmed they had been separated for several months and shared her growing indifference toward the marriage. “I really became sort of indifferent,” she noted during the special.

With Kody’s family fractures deepening, it remains to be seen how these dynamics will evolve as more revelations come to light on Sister Wives.

Sister Wives airs Sunday nights, at 10pm ET, on Bravo.
