Erika Jayne shared with listeners that she was in such a dark place that she “was trying to die” by using alcohol to numb herself and escape the intense backlash and emotional turmoil she was facing.

“I was trying to not wake up and not hear it anymore,” the 53-year-old reality star confessed, reflecting on how overwhelmed she felt by both the legal scandal and the public scrutiny surrounding her. Erika added that during this time, she made “bad choices” to numb her emotions, and admitted that she’s still in therapy to address her struggles.
