Alarming Text Messages From David Beador Revealed in Lesley Beador’s Restraining Order Request
Court documents submitted by Lesley Beador in her request for a restraining order against her husband, former Real Housewives of Orange County star David Beador, have revealed alarming text messages allegedly sent by David.
Lesley, 41, was awarded a temporary restraining order against David, 59, which mandates he stay at least 100 yards away from her. The texts not only accuse Lesley of harboring feelings for her ex, Eriks Pukke, but also make a reference to David’s former wife, Shannon Beador, 60.
According to In Touch Weekly, Lesley, who has custody of their three-year-old daughter, Anna, claims that David’s behavior has become increasingly hostile and verbally abusive.
A Disturbing Incident
One particularly troubling incident allegedly occurred on September 9 when Eriks arrived at the Beador residence to pick up his children. Lesley recounted the moment in the court documents, stating, “All the children were present and witnessed [David’s] behavior toward Eriks. It was very scary. I recorded this whole incident and will provide the videos to the court. All my children are terrified by David’s behavior.”
After the incident, Lesley claimed she received 59 harassing text messages from David in a row. She shared, “[David] truly needs help. He gets in an obsessive mania state.”
Explosive Text Messages Between David and Lesley
David’s texts, reportedly sent after the incident with Eriks, included messages like “I’m leaving u … goodbye” and “You two love birds both call me the monster … you both stealing from me to support your baby daddy.” He continued by accusing Lesley and Eriks of taking advantage of him, saying, “You two f*cking monsters … I cannot believe and I’m so p*ssed at myself I put Anna, myself and my kids at risk because of your children’s father.”
Lesley responded, urging David to seek help: “Why don’t you see someone. You need a therapist.”
David’s alleged reply was filled with insults: “I suggest you get off you a** this week [now] that Anna’s in school and look for a f*cking job.”
References to Shannon Beador and Further Accusations
During another heated exchange in June, David reportedly compared Lesley to his former wife, Shannon Beador, telling her, “Shannon is a saint compared to your evil.” Lesley responded, “Wow coming from you that’s wild. I have only seen people act like you in documentary or horror films.”
David’s verbal attacks allegedly continued, with him calling Lesley a “manipulative liar” and accusing her of being an “evil woman.” He reportedly went as far as to say, “You will rot in hell where you belong.”
He also sent a berating email, allegedly asking, “What did you steal from me today you f*cking thief??? What will I discover tomorrow?????”
David Beador’s Defense
In response to Lesley’s accusations, David denied the claims and requested that the restraining order be dismissed. He argued that Lesley frequently labels him as abusive whenever they disagree, claiming, “She has a habit of texting me consistently for hours at a time, trying to spark a reaction out of me.”
David also revealed that their recent tension may have stemmed from financial issues, stating, “I believe Lesley is angry because I cut off the unlimited spending ability on her credit cards over the weekend.”
Upcoming Hearing and Ongoing Divorce Struggles
David and Lesley have faced numerous challenges in their marriage, with David having filed for divorce three times since late 2022. The next hearing, scheduled for October 3, will determine whether the temporary restraining order against David will be extended or dismissed.
