Dr. Nicole Martin’s involvement in the upcoming Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami remains unclear, as she may not be coming back.
Page Six exclusively claims the 40-year-old anesthesiologist was notably absent from the early filming sessions for the hit Bravo series, which reportedly commenced this past Tuesday.
Sources close to the show have indicated that while the core cast members from the previous season—Alexia Nepola, Lisa Hochstein, Larsa Pippen, Julia Lemigova, and Guerdy Abraira are actively participating.
Along with familiar faces such as Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton, and Kiki Barth are also making appearances, Nicole’s status remains uncertain.
In addition to the returning stars, a few new personalities are anticipated to join the cast soon. Decisions regarding who will secure a full-time role and who might be limited to a part-time presence are expected to be made by the show’s producers at a later date.
Although the exact reasons behind Nicole Martin’s potential exit are not yet known, she has removed any mention of RHOM from her Instagram biography, fueling speculation.
Nicole, who is engaged to Anthony Lopez, has been busy with personal milestones. The couple, who got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2021, welcomed their second child, a daughter named Genevieve, in March.
At the time, Martin shared an update with her followers, stating, “Mom and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected.”
She assured fans that both mother and daughter were doing well. Nicole and Anthony, an insurance attorney and recreational pilot, are also parents to a five-year-old son named Greyson.
Over her three seasons on RHOM, Nicole’s journey has included high-profile real estate deals and personal challenges.
The couple sold their Coral Gables mega-mansion to the parents of Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos for a staggering $34 million.
They then purchased and renovated a new estate valued at $21.5 million. Additionally, the show captured Martin’s emotional journey surrounding her strained relationship with her father, who passed away unexpectedly in November 2023.
