Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa Confirm They’re No Longer Together!
Lenny Hochstein and his fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, have officially ended their engagement.
“We recently decided to call off our engagement,” Lenny, 58, shared on Wednesday to Page Six. “I’m ready to move forward with my life.”
The Miami-based plastic surgeon spoke highly of the Austrian model, 29, despite their split, saying, “I have deep respect and admiration for Katharina and her family,” while adding that he’s “proud of the woman she has become.”
Lenny reflected on their relationship with gratitude, stating, “I will always appreciate the time we spent together.”
Katharina, in her own statement, confirmed that their breakup was amicable and happened a month ago. “Though we cherished our time together, we both agreed it was best to part ways,” she explained.
Katharina expressed similar feelings, saying, “I am filled with gratitude for the two wonderful years we shared,” while noting that she will always hold their “special memories” close to her heart. She described Hochstein as “a great person” and wished him and his family well.
News of the split surfaced not long after Katharina shared an Instagram Story video where she was noticeably without her engagement ring and seen with a blond man.
The video, filmed on the back of a boat, included the caption, “You jump, I jump,” along with, “Sometimes all we need is a little… push 😇.”
Despite the timing of the post, sources confirmed that Katharina’s separation from Hochstein had nothing to do with the video, and no romantic interaction took place.
Hochstein proposed to Mazepa in July 2023 during a getaway in Ibiza, Spain, after dating for a year. At the time, Hochstein was still technically married to Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein.
Mazepa had shared their engagement news on Instagram, describing the proposal as taking place “on top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset.”
Lenny had filed for divorce from Lisa, 42, in May 2022, following 12 years of marriage. Throughout their split, Lisa has accused Lenny of cheating on her with Mazepa, which he has consistently denied.
