Vicki Gunvalson SLAMS Tamra Judge, Says She Chose Eddie Over Her Daughter!
Vicki Gunvalson has taken aim at her former friend and Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge, criticizing her involvement in other cast members’ personal issues and accusing her of not being open about her own marital struggles.
Vicki also addressed the ongoing tension between Tamra and her estranged daughter, Sidney Barney, who chose to live with her father after her parents’ divorce.
Throughout the current season of RHOC, Tamra has clashed with Shannon Beador, particularly over Shannon’s DUI arrest. However, some fans feel that Tamra has been more focused on others’ problems than her own.
Vicki voiced similar sentiments on her new podcast, My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast, suggesting that Tamra involves herself in her co-stars’ drama because she “needs to” due to a lack of personal storyline.
“She won’t expose her and Eddie’s real problems in their marriage,” Vicki said. “Because her marriage is perfect? Doubt it.”
Vicki didn’t stop there, turning her attention to Tamra’s strained relationship with her daughter Sidney. “If my daughter didn’t talk to me, I’d be on a flippin’ plane right now, knocking on her door, begging her for forgiveness, and I don’t even care what I did,” she remarked.
She also referenced Sidney’s feelings about her mother’s behavior on the show. “Sidney has a very strong opinion of Tamra: ‘Stop embarrassing the family. Stop doing what you’re doing. Get off the show and we have a chance,’” Vicki explained. “Tamra did none of that.”
Vicki criticized Tamra for not taking Sidney’s requests seriously, saying, “Sidney asked one thing: ‘Mom, stop swearing at people. Stop doing stupid stuff. And then come, let’s have a conversation.’ But even when Tamra was off [the show] for two years, she never connected with Sidney. Get off the show and reconcile with your daughter! It’s pretty simple.”
In response to Tamra’s claim that mending her relationship with Sidney is complicated, Vicki pushed back.
“No, it’s not! You gave birth to your daughter, you f**ked up, go apologize, and make it better and move on,” Vicki said. “You know, maybe she chose Eddie over her daughter, I don’t know … I don’t get how she cries on TV, and Sidney said, ‘Please don’t mention me. Please don’t do this.’ And the next thing you know, [Tamra]’s bawling. It’s like, she can turn on the waterworks.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursday nights on Bravo.
