‘Summer House’ Star Paige DeSorbo Shares Her Early Concerns About Dating Craig Conover

Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover have been going strong since they began dating in October 2021, proving their doubters wrong and handling their long-distance relationship with ease.

Despite the challenges of being in different cities, the couple isn’t making any big changes to their lives to accommodate their relationship. However, Craig has openly praised Paige for helping him make small but meaningful adjustments.

During an Amazon Live stream on August 29, Paige shared a humorous story about a misconception she had about Craig’s travel habits early in their relationship. The topic came up when Craig, the Southern Charm star, submitted a question about her on-camera outfit.

“Did you fly in those jeans?” Craig asked, sparking a conversation about his own travel wardrobe choices.

Paige, known for her fashion expertise from Summer House, explained how Craig’s choice of attire during flights initially gave her pause.

“When I first started dating Craig, I immediately thought that he was a serial killer because we would get on planes and he would be in jeans. And that really frightened me,” Paige joked. “Because first of all, who fricking does that? And second of all, we’re on long flights; we gotta be comfy.”

Taking the opportunity to nudge Craig toward more comfortable options, Paige suggested he try something more relaxed for travel.

“As of three months ago, I was like, ‘What if you just tried flying not in jeans and in normal pants, like a sweatpant?’” she shared. “And he’s never gone back. Now he exclusively flies in a jogger or a sweatpant… Just changing the world one serial killer at a time.”

Craig’s evolving style has been a topic of discussion in the past. In a 2022 interview, the Sewing Down South founder mentioned how Paige has been instrumental in helping him refine his wardrobe.

Paige, however, playfully objected to the idea of “helping” Craig.

During a Valentine’s Day Instagram Live broadcast, she clarified, “I wouldn’t want to say the word ‘helping’ because I almost feel like that’s negative. I’ve just been giving tips, throwing things in casually.”

Whatever they call it, fans are loving Craig’s updated look. With his style getting such positive attention, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Southern Charm star expanded his Sewing Down South brand into a full-fledged lifestyle empire.
