Tamra Judge Doubts Vicki Gunvalson Will Be Invited Back for ‘RHOC’
Tamra Judge doesn’t believe Vicki Gunvalson is in the running for a spot on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19, despite the fact that Season 18 is still going.
Tamra’s candid remarks come as no surprise, given the ongoing feud between the two former close friends.
The tension between Tamra and Vicki began even before the current season aired, sparked by multiple issues. One of the main points of contention was Tamra’s sudden decision to step away from the Tres Amigas show, which she was supposed to co-host with Vicki and Shannon Beador.
Tamra reportedly backed out due to concerns over the show’s focus on alcohol, especially in light of Shannon’s recent DUI.
However, Vicki accused Tamra of overreacting or possibly even lying about the show’s content, further fueling the discord between them.
Tamra recently shared her thoughts on Vicki’s future with RHOC during a podcast crossover with Teddi Mellencamp and Melissa Gorga. While discussing the challenges of filming Season 18, Teddi recalled her brief experience shooting with Vicki, saying, “[Vicki] came in, and the second that we got there, she was complaining about the time.”
Teddi paraphrased Vicki’s complaints: “‘How much time until we’re done? I don’t want the drama.’ Then don’t be here.”
In response, Tamra speculated that Vicki’s time on the show might be over. “She won’t be back. I can tell you right now,” Tamra stated confidently.
She pointed out that Vicki had spoken negatively about the show on social media before Season 18 even began, which could impact her chances of returning.
Tamra also noted that Vicki hasn’t held a “Friend of” role since Season 14, only making guest appearances in Seasons 17 and 18.
“I think that’s why she’s coming after me and why she’s saying all these horrible things. Because she thinks that’s going to get her back on the show,” Tamra suggested.
