The couple’s expansive residence, originally built in 2007, is nestled on a picturesque two-acre lot surrounded by towering pines. The serene and secluded location is one of the property’s standout features, as detailed in the listing. The 4,476-square-foot home boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering plenty of space for a large family.

It comes equipped with a double oven, a commercial-size refrigerator and freezer, and a spacious walk-in pantry, making it ideal for preparing meals for a large family or hosting gatherings. The property also includes several additional amenities, such as a game room, two laundry rooms, and an extra-wide garage, further enhancing its appeal.

Despite the luxurious setup, the reason behind the decision to sell remains unclear, leaving fans speculating about Kody and Robyn’s next steps. The Brown family originally moved from Las Vegas to Flagstaff in 2018, and Robyn and Kody purchased this home in 2019, intending it to be their family’s new base.

Kody had previously shared grand plans to build five separate houses on a piece of land they own in Coyote Pass, Arizona, which they acquired for $820,000. However, those plans have yet to come to fruition, as financial obstacles and outstanding payments on several parcels of the land have delayed construction. As of August 29, In Touch confirmed that there were still no active building permits on the Coyote Pass property, indicating that the project remains in limbo.

Since the purchase of the Flagstaff home, the dynamics within the Brown family have drastically changed. Kody’s relationships with his other wives have unraveled over the years. Christine Brown was the first to leave, ending her marriage with Kody in November 2021. She has since found happiness again, marrying David Woolley in October 2023.

Following Christine’s departure, Kody and Meri Brown announced their split in January 2023. This came on the heels of In Touch’s exclusive report that Kody and Janelle Brown had also parted ways in December 2022. These breakups have left Robyn as Kody’s only remaining and legal wife, a position that appears to come with its own set of challenges.

The strain in Kody and Robyn’s marriage is evident in the trailer for the upcoming 19th season of Sister Wives, which was released on August 27. In a candid confessional, Robyn expressed her frustration, stating, “He is sabotaging our relationship. I feel like the idiot that got left behind.” The emotional tension is further highlighted in a scene where Kody, visibly upset, confides in Robyn, saying, “They have all betrayed me. I’m out of my mind.”

Meanwhile, Kody’s former wives have made it clear where they stand with him. Christine, 52, was adamant, saying, “I’m not going to be friendly,” while Janelle, 55, openly admitted, “I don’t really miss him.” Meri, 53, also voiced her feelings, asserting, “Let’s just separate this completely.”

The new season trailer, released by TLC on August 13, shows Kody describing the recent turmoil in his life as a “civil war, total civil war.” In another scene, he is seen speaking to Janelle, expressing his hopes of salvaging their relationship by saying, “I keep thinking that me and you could make this work.”

The Brown family has also faced unimaginable grief recently. In March, Kody and Janelle’s son, Robert Garrison Brown, tragically passed away. His death, ruled as a suicide, left the family heartbroken. Janelle shared the devastating news on Instagram on March 5, writing:

Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown. He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory.”
