Mauricio Umansky and his girlfriend, Nikita Kahn, are clearly enjoying their time together, as they were spotted sharing an intimate moment at the luxurious One&Only Mandarina resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on Saturday.
Photos obtained by TMZ show the couple getting cozy while walking along the sandy beach and later holding hands as they approached the ocean.

Mauricio, 54, and Kahn, 33, were seen sharing a tender moment in the water, where Kahn gently held the reality star’s face. The pair seemed to be on the brink of a kiss, with their bodies close and their connection evident. For the beach outing, Mauricio wore black-and-white swim trunks, while Kahn flaunted an orange triangle bikini top paired with cheeky blue bottoms.
This romantic getaway comes in the wake of recent news that Buying Beverly Hills, the Netflix series that followed Mauricio and his team at The Agency, will not be returning for a third season. The show, which also featured Mauricio’s daughters —Farrah Brittany, Alexia Umansky, and Sophia Umansky — highlighted various aspects of his personal and professional life. The second season notably covered Mauricio’s marital struggles with his estranged wife, Kyle Richards.
Mauricio and Kyle, who announced their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, had been attempting to work through their issues with couples therapy while residing together in their shared home. However, Mauricio has since moved out, marking a new chapter in their lives.
Their split was characterized as one of the most challenging periods of their relationship, with both parties denying any infidelity and citing personal difficulties as the reason for their separation. Despite agreeing to see other people, Kyle reportedly experienced emotional distress upon seeing photos of Mauricio kissing Kahn.
Kathy Hilton, Kyle’s sister, spoke to Page Six about the situation, saying, “I think it was a hard pill to swallow seeing it.” Kathy added that she is trying to help calm Kyle, stating, “You know this was bound to happen. You’ve been separated.”
In addition to the recent beach outing, Mauricio and Nikita Kahn were first photographed sharing a kiss at Mykonos Airport in July. Their time together included a week at a famous beach club in Greece, further cementing their new relationship.
In a further sign of change, Kyle has removed “wife” from her Instagram bio, signaling a shift in her public persona following her separation from Mauricio.
