‘RHONJ’ Season 14 Explosive Finale Marks the End of the Series … Teresa GOES OFF and Margaret’s Bomb Tanks!
As Season 14 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey nears its finale, the drama has intensified, captivating fans with escalating conflicts and shocking revelations among the cast. The current season has brought new alliances, uncovered secrets, and reshuffled the dynamics within the group, promising a dramatic conclusion.
The ensemble cast, including Danielle Cabral, Teresa Giudice, Margaret Josephs, Melissa Gorga, Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, and Rachel Fuda, along with Jennifer Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider, have kept viewers on edge with their tumultuous interactions. One of the season’s recurring themes has been Dolores Catania’s attempts to mediate disputes. Her efforts included organizing a girls’ trip, which was derailed by an unexpected house fire. Consequently, Dolores switched gears and hosted a dinner at Rails, a popular local restaurant, in a bid to smooth over tensions.
A major storyline this season has involved Margaret Josephs and her contentious relationship with Teresa Giudice. Back in 2021, Margaret firmly denied ever communicating with Luis Ruelas’ exes, despite Teresa’s allegations suggesting otherwise. In the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa’s lawyer revealed court findings indicating that Margaret had indeed been in contact with Luis’ former fiancée in 2021.
In a preview of the season finale, Dolores confronted Margaret about the allegations of communication with Luis’ ex. “I didn’t even know who she was at that point,” Margaret insisted:
“The first year [Teresa] was with Luis — and all that stuff [had come] out — [I] never had spoken to her. Never spoke to her before New York. Never. Never once. When [Teresa] was accusing me of all that stuff, never once.”
Margaret did admit to having spoken with Luis’ ex since then, primarily through direct messages, but she claimed they never discussed “putting out stuff” about Luis. “Margaret, I don’t know why you would talk to her,” Dolores responded, questioning the necessity and motives behind the communication.
“Yeah, [she] validated all the Bo Dietl s**t,” referring to her previous claim that Luis hired a private investigator to probe her and other cast members. “She was like, ‘I’d be worried if I were you.’ After everything that happened, what they did to my son, absolutely validated it all.” Margaret elaborated.
Dolores remained skeptical, questioning how the ex could know details about Luis if they were not allowed to communicate. “Why would the ex know what Luis was doing if they’re not even allowed to speak to each other?” Dolores asked, challenging Margaret’s account of events.

Margaret’s plan to make a significant impact during the finale included dropping some major “bombs.” In a preview of the finale, Margaret finally admitted that she had been in touch with Vanessa Reiser, Luis Ruelas’ estranged former fiancée. This revelation followed Ruelas’ claim that he had hired private investigator Bo Dietl to look into the entire RHONJ cast.
Margaret also hinted at issues within Teresa’s circle, suggesting that Jackie might not be as loyal to Teresa as she appeared. “If Jackie thought the texts were bad that I revealed to Dolores, just you wait,” Margaret teased.
In a previous episode, Margaret caused a stir by sharing a text message screenshot from Jackie, in which Jackie referred to Dolores as a “slob.” The confrontation that followed was heated, with Dolores expressing her disgust over the comment, while Jackie downplayed it.
The tension between Teresa and Jackie had been brewing for some time. After spreading a cheating rumor about Jackie husband Evan, Teresa and Jackie had been at odds. However, their unexpected reconciliation during Season 14 had surprised fans.
According to an insider for OK magazine, Margaret’s attempt to create a rift between Teresa and Jackie by revealing their communication with Reiser had the opposite effect. “Marge’s ‘big bomb’ that she’s purporting is that Jackie had spoken to Luis’ ex. Marge was convinced that this would create a wedge between Teresa and Jackie and cause their newfound friendship to fall apart,” the insider said.
“Sadly for Marge, it did just the opposite,” the source continued. “Teresa knew she had done something bad to Jackie years ago with the Evan affair rumors and completely understood why Jackie would’ve reacted that way at the time.”
In an interview with Bravo TV, Teresa downplayed Margaret’s revelations, saying she “didn’t even flinch” at the so-called bombshell. “I already knew what they were gonna say and I didn’t even flinch,” Teresa said. “I’m totally fine with Jackie doing that because I hurt her. I hurt her by putting out what I said about Evan. See? I’m a big girl. If I punch you, I get it, you’re gonna punch me back.”
Jackie admitted that she initially tried to deny Margaret’s claims but ultimately chose to confront the truth, aware that it could jeopardize her friendship with Teresa. As the season nears its end, the fallout from these revelations promises to add even more drama to an already explosive finale.
The highly anticipated Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 finale airs on Sunday, August 4, at 8/7c on Bravo.
