Ariana Madix’s boyfriend, Daniel Wai, is setting the record straight about rumors swirling around Ariana’s physical transformation for her role as the host of “Love Island USA.”
In a spirited defense posted to his Instagram Stories, Daniel addressed the speculation head-on, denying any surgical interventions and attributing her toned physique to rigorous workouts and a strict diet.
“Ariana worked her a$$ off; she was in [the] gym 2 to 3 hours a day and [her] diet [was] on point,” Wai explained.
He emphasized that there was “no surgery or procedure” involved in achieving her fit appearance, a point of contention among online spectators. Daniel, a 41-year-old fitness trainer, chose not to share the specific workouts, citing his professional livelihood, but he encouraged those interested in similar results to reach out for training opportunities through a link he provided.
The fitness narrative comes in the wake of Ariana Madix’s stint as the host of the sixth season of “Love Island USA,” which concluded on July 21. This role marked a significant public appearance following her involvement in the high-profile “Scandoval” drama on “Vanderpump Rules.“
Controversy further escalated when cosmetic injector and TikTok user Molly Bailey suggested that Madix had undergone procedures like fillers and liposuction, along with a specific surgery called blepharoplasty—a procedure to modify the eyelids.
Ariana responded directly to these claims, listing the minimal cosmetic enhancements she has opted for, including Botox in specific facial areas, a minimal amount of lip filler, and a procedure called Ellevate performed on her neck in 2019.
