On July 31, the Vanderpump Rules star shared a glimpse of his moving process on Instagram Stories, showcasing a sea of cardb Hoard boxes, plastic bins, and large blue IKEA bags.

“Onwards and upwards,” Tom captioned the video, adding a prayer hands emoji to mark the occasion.

In a tour of his former home, featured on BravoTV.com, Schwartz had previously expressed his attachment to the space, calling it “a transitional home” that had grown on him.

“I’ve grown to love this place,” he said, reflecting on the decor and design choices, including his many plants.

With his move, fans are speculating about Tom’s next steps. During Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Schwartz contemplated moving in with his best friend, Tom Sandoval.

Initially, Schwartz declined Sandoval’s offer, but by Season 11, Episode 14, he reconsidered, saying, “I think I’m ready to commit.”

At the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked Schwartz for an update.

Tom admitted he was torn, acknowledging the appeal of Sandoval’s home but expressing reservations about its past.

“I go back and forth because it’s a beautiful home [and] I miss having a backyard,” Schwartz explained. “But I have some reservations about living there, just given the history.”

Lisa Vanderpump chimed in, questioning why the two Toms wanted to live together. “Why do you want to live together? You’re both grownups for goodness sake. You do that when you’re twenty,” she said.

Schwartz, who had rented his two-bedroom apartment since 2022, revealed his frustration about spending money on rent without building equity.

“I’ve put 100 grand into rent in the past two years, and I feel so salty about that,” he said.

Schwartz hasn’t announced his new address yet but has previously mentioned his dream of owning a property in Minnesota. “That’s the dream,” he told a magazine in April.

“We’re talking about long-term. I don’t know if I want to live there, but hopefully, I’m successful enough to have a cool lake cabin in Minnesota.”
