Kroy Biermann FLIPS OUT After Neighbors Call Police On His Dogs: ‘The Community Doesn’t Like Us’
Kroy Biermann erupted in frustration after neighbors called the police on his dogs, accusing the community of targeting him and his family.
Kroy Biermann’s recent run-in with the police took a dramatic turn when he struggled to keep his composure after being ticketed for his dog escaping from his yard. The incident, which took place in late June, has now been confirmed by In Touch.
In footage obtained by the publication on July 24, Kroy, 38, appeared visibly frustrated during his interaction with the officers.
“They do it all day, every day,” Kroy is heard saying in the video. “They call all the time. We’ve had animal control called 10-plus times on us. We’re in the public eye and going through a nasty divorce. The community does not like us. It’s just harassment.”

The situation unfolded after authorities responded to a complaint about a “loose dog.” According to the officer on the scene, the caller was “pretty reasonable about it” and there had been two separate complaints that day. Despite the officer’s attempts to clarify that the issue would not affect Kroy’s criminal record, he noted that city ordinances required pets to be confined to their owner’s property.

Kroy’s reaction was one of disbelief, “I’m being fined for my dog being on private property?” he questioned incredulously.
The officer clarified, “Within the city, [the dog] has to be confined to your property.”
Kroy’s frustration was evident as he gestured animatedly.
“This is my property,” he stated, waving his hands. “This is my property and I pay HOA dues so I have a right to have this property.”
The confrontation escalated when another officer detailed an incident involving Kroy’s dog. The officer explained that the dog had, “chased [the neighbor] to the other side of the street and they had to jump inside somebody’s car.” The neighbor even considered using pepper spray to ward off the dog.
This altercation comes amid a turbulent period for Kroy and his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak. Since their separation in 2023, the couple’s home has been the scene of multiple police interventions. In December 2023, police were called following a heated argument between Kim, 46, and Kroy. According to a police report their children had contacted authorities during the argument.
The body cam footage from that incident captured a heated exchange where Kroy accused Kim of infidelity.
“It’s nothing but an act. It’s all bulls–t. Everything she does,” Kroy is heard saying. “There’s no money, there’s no house. We’re getting divorced one day and not the next.”
When instructed by the officer to calm down, Kroy’s response was intense.
“Calm down when I don’t have a f–king life? I don’t have someone who will f–king listen to me! Oh, calm down? You wanna live this, motherf–ker? You wouldn’t have lasted a year. You wouldn’t have lasted a day in this f–king house!” he retorted.
Kim, who was seen sitting in her car during the confrontation, told the officer she wanted the divorce to be finalized.
“I just want to get divorced, I just want it to be over. He wouldn’t let me leave this morning. He jumped in front of my car, he’s blocking me from leaving,” she said.
The ongoing legal battle between Kroy and Kim has seen another development. On July 11, the judge has set a court date for their trial, which is scheduled to take place on November 5 and 6.
