Teresa Giudice has taken to Instagram to address the escalating hostility surrounding The Real Housewives of New Jersey, aiming to shed light on the disturbing behavior she claims is being perpetuated by individuals outside of the show.
The reality TV star, who has been a central figure on the show for 14 seasons, expressed deep concern over what she describes as a surge of “toxicity” and “lies” impacting not only the cast but also their families.

In a passionate Instagram post shared on Wednesday, Teresa voiced her frustration with what she perceives as a growing wave of negativity fueled by people she says are not affiliated with the show. She accused these individuals of spreading harmful narratives and targeting the cast’s personal lives.
“I have been on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for the last 14 seasons and during that time I have seen and been a part of my share of drama with my cast mates,” Teresa began.
“What is happening off camera on social media is absolutely disgusting and is fueled by toxic people who are not affiliated with the show or the cast and are only interested in promoting themselves by spreading their hate through false narratives and lies.”
Teresa’s post continued to detail how this negativity has extended beyond the show, affecting the lives of the cast and their loved ones. “It has affected all of us on the cast and our families. They are attacking our children, going after our businesses and they are turning something that is supposed to be entertainment into something very dark and toxic,” she wrote.
The reality star concluded her message with a heartfelt plea for an end to the hostility. “This hate and toxicity has to stop. I am asking everyone to stop engaging in any negativity towards my cast mates and all of our families. Enough is enough.” The post was signed, “Love Love Love Teresa,” and notably, comments were disabled.
Although Teresa did not specify who she believes is behind these actions or what false narratives are being spread, her post comes amid one of the most dramatic seasons in the show’s history. Central to the current drama is Giudice’s strained relationship with her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga. The feud between Giudice and Gorga, which has long been a source of tension on the show, appears to have reached a breaking point, with the two women refusing to film scenes together this season.
The ongoing conflict has led to discussions about potential changes to the show, including the possibility of recasting or even putting the show on hiatus. Production has even canceled the traditional reunion episode due to the turmoil, though there are promises that the season finale will offer a resolution for viewers.
Melissa Gorga has been open about the need for changes on the show. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight earlier this month, she expressed her agreement with Bravo’s call for a shakeup. “I agree with Bravo that there needs to be changes … I agree with that 100 percent,” Gorga said.
“I think things have gotten really toxic. There’s two of my cast members that have played really dirty behind the scenes and it’s coming out.”
Teresa, however, remains steadfast in her commitment to the show. During an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark on July 9, she made it clear that she has no intention of leaving voluntarily. “I started the show,” she said. “When Bravo wants me to leave, that’s when I’ll leave.”
As the season continues, both Teresa and Melissa remain integral parts of the Real Housewives of New Jersey ensemble, with new episodes airing Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. Fans are left hoping that the drama will stay within the confines of the show, as the real-life tensions between cast members continue to unfold.
