Shannon Beador Fires Back at Alexis Bellino’s Claim of 4 Daily Sex Sessions with John Janssen

Shannon Beador has responded with sharp remarks to Alexis Bellino’s recent revelations about her sex life with John Janssen.

In a teaser clip for the upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon, 60, was seen reacting to Alexis’ candid comments about her intimate life with John, 62.

During Heather Dubrow’s Wishing Wall party, Alexis, 47, shared with the group that she and John engage in sexual activities up to four or five times a day. “A true lady does not talk about her sex life, but it’s been two [times] today. And we still have tonight to go, so [it] could be two or three more,” Alexis said during the gathering.

Shannon’s reaction was immediate and critical. “Did Alexis talk about her sex life with John?” Beador asked her costars Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter. The conversation then cut to Alexis’ statement, prompting Beador to remark, “That’s so inappropriate.”

Simpson, 48, chimed in humorously, “I would die if I had sex four times a day. I’d f–king hide in the closet.” Shannon further expressed her skepticism about Alexis’ claims in a confessional, questioning, “Let’s be realistic. Can somebody 62 really have sex four times a day? What pill are you taking?”

This is not the first time Alexis has been open about her intimate life with John. In a June episode of the Two T’s in a Pod podcast, hosted by her RHOC co-star Tamra Judge and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp, Alexis discussed the same topic.

“I told him that I didn’t know that the human anatomy could do this, because I keep telling him I’m going to have to get vaginal rejuvenation,” she said. Alexis added, “Keep in mind, the difference is we do stay together almost seven nights a week now, but through our relationship, it has progressed to that. Because I have three kids still, so we can’t stay the night every single night together unless he wants to come to me … So it’s not like you guys – [you’re] married. It’s different.”

Alexis Bellino made her return to Bravo in the season 18 premiere of RHOC earlier this month. Initially introduced during Season 4 of the show, Alexis was married to her now-ex-husband Jim Bellino at the time. The couple, who married in 2005, finalized their divorce in 2018 and share three children: James, 18, and twins Miles and Mackenna, 16. Bellino had stepped away from the franchise after Season 8 but returned this season, marking her first time filming alongside Shannon.

John and Shannon, who have a complicated history, dated on and off from 2019 to 2023 following Beador’s split from her ex-husband David Beador. The couple, who share three daughters — Sophie, 22, and twins Adeline and Stella, 19 — ended their relationship last year. John and Alexis’ romance began in December 2023 after being introduced through mutual friends.

In March, Alexis and John made their red carpet debut at the DirecTV Oscars Viewing Party in Los Angeles. Alexis admitted to feeling nervous about the public scrutiny surrounding their relationship. “It started as a friendship, formed into more and here we are,” she shared. “Social media really can be very evil. So it’s been a lot, but now we just finally decided we’re taking the bull by the horns and going full force.”
