Drew Sidora Reveals She’s Still Living with Ex Ralph Pittman During Divorce, Claims He’s in the ‘Basement’
Nearly a year after filing for divorce, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora revealed to People on Friday that little progress has been made in settling her split from Ralph Pittman.
“It’s still not settled,” Drew, disclosed, noting that she and Ralph, 41, continue to reside together. “We’re still living together under the same roof.”
Sidora expressed surprise at the unconventional living arrangement, saying, “I didn’t even know that could happen. I was like, ‘What?’”
Clarifying the situation, the actress emphasized, “He is living in the basement, and that was court-ordered.”
Drew, who has accused Pittman of infidelity and financial manipulation, described the setup as “crazy.”
“It’d be much easier if we were able to move on separately; you know, out of sight, out of mind, with your own space and your own energy,” she remarked.
Acknowledging the challenges, Drew quipped, “But that’s clearly not in the cards, so sharing space has been a double whammy. We’re kind of, like, the blueprint for a s–tshow divorce.”
The couple, married for eight years before separating, filed for divorce in March 2023, with Drew beating Ralph to the courthouse by an hour.
Reflecting on the prolonged legal battle, Drew highlighted Ralph’s reluctance to settle.
“When you’re dealing with someone who wants everything and is just not willing to walk away with what he came in with, it makes it very, very hard,” she lamented.
“So I’m just learning how this process can go in the worst-case scenario. And I’m taking it literally one day at a time,” she added.
Sidora and Pittman share two children, son Machai, 9, and daughter Aniya, 6, while Sidora is also a mother to son Josiah, 13.
Despite the challenges, Sidora emphasized her commitment to maintaining stability for her children amidst the tumult.
“The kids, because we’re still under the same roof, the energy has definitely shifted,” she shared.
“But to keep some normalcy for my babies has meant everything to me. To be able to put my arms around my kids during those tough times … I think it’s been helpful for all of us,” she explained.
Looking ahead, Drew expressed eagerness for closure. “I cannot wait to be able to sign on the dotted line,” she admitted.
“I’m going to probably have a divorce party after this because it’s unimaginable what you have to go through in this type of situation. So when I get on the other side? We’re partying,” she claims.
