Tom Sandoval SUES Ariana Madix for Sharing Explicit Videos of Rachel Leviss Without His Permission

In an escalating legal battle fit for a reality TV drama, Tom Sandoval has taken a bold step by suing his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, over allegations that she improperly accessed explicit videos on his phone.

These videos were of Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, adding another layer of complexity to the already tangled relationships among the stars of Bravo’s “Vanderpump Rules.”

Court documents exclusively obtained by Us Weekly reveal that on March 1, 2023, Ariana Madix allegedly gained unauthorized access to Sandoval’s cell phone and viewed intimate videos of Sandoval and Leviss. The controversy had initially come to light in the season 9 finale of “Vanderpump Rules,” showcasing the explosive fallout as Madix, after nearly a decade with Sandoval, discovered the footage that ultimately led to their breakup. Following their split, Sandoval and Leviss had a brief relationship that ended in May 2023.

The legal claim intensifies with Sandoval accusing Madix of not only viewing the videos but also making copies and distributing them to Leviss and third parties without his consent. This lawsuit comes on the heels of another by Leviss against both Sandoval and Madix, complicating matters further.

Jordan Susman, Madix’s attorney, vehemently defended his client, stating:

“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing.” Susman’s robust defense portrays Madix as a victim of Sandoval’s continuous attempts to manipulate and harm her post-breakup.

Susman continued, highlighting the irony in Sandoval’s actions, “Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices. If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair. For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself.”

Matthew Geragos, representing Sandoval and brother to Leviss’ attorney Mark Geragos, responded:

“While Tom Sandoval accepts responsibility for his affair, he strongly denies the allegations of the lawsuit filed by Rachel Leviss against him and Ms. Madix.” He elaborated on the necessity of the cross-complaint filed by Sandoval, describing it as a strategic move to ensure that “liability, if any, is fairly distributed based on the actual level of involvement and fault of each party.”

In her defense, Madix claimed through her legal team that she learned of the affair “in the worst possible way” and was “devastated” upon finding the video. Her actions were described as those of a deeply hurt individual seeking clarity rather than vengeance, asserting she never shared the footage beyond confronting Leviss.

As the personal and legal drama unfolds, Sandoval and Madix are also locked in a dispute over the home they once shared. This property battle is slated for private mediation, failing which it will head to trial in February 2026.
