As the legal drama unfolds surrounding Tom Sandoval’s lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, both Sandoval and his current girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, have abruptly disappeared from social media.

This move came swiftly after the news broke of the lawsuit, revealing that both Tom, 42, and Victoria, 32, had deactivated their Instagram accounts.

The couple had been notably active online, celebrating Sandoval’s birthday earlier in the month, making their sudden digital exit all the more conspicuous.

The lawsuit, details of it surfaced on Tuesday, July 16, centers on allegations that Ariana accessed Tom’s phone without permission on March 1, 2023.

According to Sandoval’s claims, she viewed and subsequently distributed explicit videos of Tom with their then-co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

This incident reportedly became public knowledge on March 3, 2023, amidst revelations of an affair between Sandoval and Rachel. Following the affair, Leviss took legal action against both Tom and Madix, citing charges including revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Ariana’s attorney, Jordan Susman, issued a strong rebuke to the lawsuit’s implications, portraying Tom’s legal move as an ongoing attack on Madix’s emotional well-being.

“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing,” Jordan stated.

He criticized the notion that personal device privacy could be used to shield infidelity, reflecting on Sandoval’s actions post-scandal, “For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself.”

In response, Tom’s attorney, Matthew Geragos, insisted that while his client acknowledges the affair, he firmly denies the allegations brought forth by Leviss in her lawsuit.

“While Tom Sandoval accepts responsibility for his affair, he strongly denies the allegations of the lawsuit filed by Rachel Leviss against him and Ms. Madix,” Matthew explained.

He elaborated on the legal strategy, stating, “In order to ensure a fair and just determination of responsibility among all parties involved, we filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Mr. Sandoval.”

Amid these counterclaims, Ariana herself launched a countersuit against Rachel, asserting that Leviss was attempting to “punish” and “blame Ms. Madix for the negative reaction [she] received as a result of her affair.”

Rachel, meanwhile, has spoken out on her podcast, “Rachel Goes Rogue,” about the ongoing legal battles. “You may have heard in the news that I have filed a lawsuit, and it’s an ongoing lawsuit, so I can’t talk much about it at this point. But I am interested in having my attorneys on as a topic of conversation,” she mentioned.

Leviss reflected on the difficult decision to take legal action, emphasizing the violation of her privacy in a profoundly personal and public way.

This tangled web of legal and personal disputes paints a dramatic backdrop to what might have been a private matter, now escalated into a public and legal spectacle involving multiple lawsuits and countersuits.
