Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley, stars of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, found themselves briefly setting aside their recent conflicts to celebrate the birthday of former castmate Lisa Rinna.

Sources close to the duo revealed that the occasion served as a hopeful step toward mending their fractured relationship.

“Dorit and Kyle have clashed this summer, but they were able to come together for Rinna’s birthday,” a source claims.

“They both know their fallout isn’t forever and are hopeful they can work through their issues,” the exclusive insider states to Page Six. “Neither wants to give up on the friendship.”

The birthday gathering for Lisa, who exited the Bravo series after its twelfth season and celebrated her 61st birthday on July 11, brought together not only Kyle and Dorit but also fellow RHOBH star Erika Jayne.

The celebration took place at Cipriani Beverly Hills, where the group was spotted in high spirits, engaging in lively conversation.

As the evening concluded, the reality stars were seen parting ways in good cheer, each heading to their cars after a night of dining and camaraderie. Kyle, dressed entirely in black like the rest of her group, casually mentioned to paparazzi that she had enjoyed dinner with her “girls.”

The birthday celebrant Lisa was stylish in a button-down collared dress paired with sunglasses, while Dorit turned heads in a chic two-piece outfit that featured her midriff.

The reunion comes after a notably tense period following the RHOBH Season 13 reunion aired in February, where Kemsley had accused Richards of sending her a manipulative text the previous night, an act Richards later described as an attempt to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.

This season had closely documented Kyle‘ separation from Mauricio Umansky, while Dorit’s own split from Paul “PK” Kemsley wasn’t publicized until May.

Richards, expressing her emotions on an Amazon Live session in March, disclosed that she and Kemsley hadn’t spoken since the reunion, admitting the situation deeply hurt her. She clarified that her message was never intended to silence Kemsley but to seek support during a vulnerable time.

In a recent discussion with Us Weekly, Kyle lamented the current state of their friendship, noting, “The dynamics have shifted tremendously this year.”

She highlighted the irony of their simultaneous, yet individually unique, marital separations, emphasizing that it was a time when mutual support would have been most beneficial.

“It is unfortunate that we’re in this position,” Kyle reflected, signaling a complex path ahead for the two as they navigate their evolving personal and interpersonal landscapes.
