Lala Kent’s joyous baby shower brought together an unexpected gathering of Randall Emmett’s past ex-wife, Ambyr Childers, celebrated the upcoming birth of Kent’s second child this past Sunday.
Ambyr Childers, 35, shared her excitement for Lala’s new addition on her Instagram Stories, saying, “I can’t wait to hold [the] little angel.”
She posted an affectionate photo cradling Kent’s baby bump, dressed casually in a white top and jeans, paired with black heels.
The camaraderie didn’t stop there; Ambyr also took a playful selfie with Lala’s daughter, Ocean, adding a touch of whimsy to the event.
Meanwhile, Kent, 33, dazzled in a rainbow off-the-shoulder dress, her pregnancy glow undeniable.
The “Give Them Lala” author took to social media to express her gratitude toward former co-star Stassi Schroeder for organizing what she described as a “dream come true” baby shower.
Stassi, 36, echoed the sentiment, calling it “the perfect day.”
The Vanderpump Rules star revealed in March that she was expecting another baby girl, this time conceived via sperm donor.
Earlier in her pregnancy, Kent embraced her changing body boldly, sharing a striking image of herself in a red-hot bikini, captioning it, “Thirst trapping in third trimester.”
Her candid approach continued with a daring bump selfie, cheekily addressed to critics, “Keep clutching your pearls, Jans,” and playfully warning, “I’ll be dropping triple B’s on you for the next 5 months.”
Lala, who first became a mother in March 2021 with the birth of Ocean, had her relationship with Emmett prominently in the public eye.
The couple, who had been engaged since 2018, called it quits months after welcoming their daughter.
Childers, married to Randall from 2009 to 2017, has found a kindred spirit in Kent since their mutual connections have brought them closer.
The two first publicly showcased their growing friendship in March 2023 during Ocean’s birthday party, which Ambyr attended with her daughters, London and Rylee. The bond between the two women was evident again during a pre-Easter celebration the next month.
