Carl Radke, the popular Summer House star, was seen enjoying an evening out with a mysterious brunette, just days after his ex-fiancée Lindsay Hubbard announced her pregnancy.

According to an eyewitness who spoke with Page Six, Carl Radke and his unidentified female companion were spotted at the Everdene bar in Virgin Hotels New York City on a recent Tuesday evening.

The duo appeared relaxed and engaged in deep conversation while seated at the bar. Carl, known for his charismatic presence, was dressed casually in a black T-shirt, khaki shorts, and white Nike sneakers. His companion wore a striking orange sundress paired with moccasins and carried a canvas tote. Their comfortable and cozy demeanor suggested a close connection as they chatted through the evening.

The scene took a social turn when a couple of women recognized Carl, 39, and approached him. The reality TV star graciously engaged in a friendly chat with the fans, demonstrating his approachable nature.

As the evening progressed, the woman accompanying Carl was joined by a friend. Shortly thereafter, Carl departed the venue, backpack in tow, leaving the bar with his usual laid-back confidence.

This sighting comes on the heels of a significant announcement from Carl’s former partner, Lindsay Hubbard. Last week, Lindsay shared joyous news on her Instagram account, revealing that she and her current boyfriend are expecting their first child together. Her post was enthusiastic: “Trigger Warning: This post contains more fireworks than the 4th of July! WE’RE PREGNANT!!!!!” In the photos, Lindsay  is seen holding up a positive pregnancy test, beaming with happiness.

Lindsay, 37, expressed her excitement about the new chapter in her life, “I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it!” She disclosed that she and her partner — a doctor who works in biotech investing — are thrilled to welcome their “little #HubbCub this Holiday season 2024.” It was revealed that Lindsay rekindled an old flame in January and discovered her pregnancy just a few months into their renewed romance.

Despite currently filming “Summer House” Season 9 together under the same roof, Lindsay insists that she is only “focused” on her “present” and “future,” distancing herself emotionally from Carl. She told People, “To be honest, his emotions are no longer my responsibility. It’s just not my problem anymore,” indicating that Radke likely found out about her pregnancy along with the rest of the world.

The former couple had a tumultuous relationship, with Carl proposing to Lindsay  in August 2022 and ending their engagement one year later — events that were both captured on camera. Their planned wedding in Mexico, set for three months post-engagement, was abruptly canceled. Now, as Lindsay  prepares for motherhood, Carl’s recent outing suggests he is moving forward with his life.
