‘Love & Marriage: Huntsville’ Star Keke Jabbar Dies After Drug Battle

Love & Marriage: Huntsville star Keke Jabbar has tragically passed away following a long struggle with drug addiction.

Love & Marriage: Huntsville star Keke Jabbar, a relatively new addition to had become known not just for her familial ties to Latisha Scott, whom she closely resembles, but also for her turbulent on-screen dynamics.

Originally brought into the show as a friend of Melody Holt, Keke’s relationship with her cousin Latisha frequently became a source of on-screen tension, despite multiple attempts to mend their relationship over the past two seasons.

Regrettably, much of Keke’s time on the show was marked by confrontations, culminating last season in a notorious incident where she threw water at Latisha during a family picnic, leading to a significant reduction in her screen presence.

Keke had previously opened up about her struggles with opioid addiction and her commitment to recovery following several challenging years. She faced further controversy after appearing in a Huntsville Crimestoppers’ video fleeing a robbery scene, though she strongly denied any wrongdoing and expressed confidence that she would be cleared once all evidence was reviewed.

Tragically, it has been confirmed that Keke Jabbar has passed away. On Tuesday, July 2, her cousin Latisha Scott announced her death, stating, “It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Keke. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love. She was a mom, a sister, and a great friend full of life, love, and laughter. She will be sorely missed and at this time, we are asking for respect and privacy in our moment of grief while we process this great loss. The Jabbar Family and the Scott Family.”

Latisha also shared a message on her Facebook and Instagram pages, requesting privacy during this difficult time: “At this time we are asking for RESPECT and PRIVACY in our moment of grief, while we process this great loss. This is hard for our Family!!!!”

In the seventh season of the show, Keke discussed her health issues with both Melody and Tisha, revealing her need to take personal time off to seek medical advice about unexplained symptoms she was experiencing. Friends like Stormi Steele and Melody offered their support, reinforcing the notion that true friends stand by one another during tough times. In a revealing conversation with Christal with Love XO, Keke disclosed that she was suffering from stomach pains but had not received a definitive diagnosis.
