Simon Guobadia Wants Porsha Williams Arrested as Their Divorce Drama Turns Ugly!

Amid escalating divorce proceedings, Simon Guobadia is pushing for Porsha Williams to face legal consequences, alleging she dodged a crucial deposition in their contentious legal battle.

Simon Guobadia is pressing forward in his divorce drama with estranged wife Porsha Williams, as revealed in new court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

He has demanded an out-of-court oral testimony, or deposition, from Porsha before July 4 as their prenuptial agreement dispute intensifies.

“The deposition will be held before a person duly authorized by law to administer oaths and take depositions,” states the latest filing.

The businessman specified a date for Porsha deposition, scheduling it for Wednesday, July 3, at 10 AM, emphasizing its importance for “preservation of evidence, discovery purposes, and any and all uses allowed by law.”

Simon seeks to hold the Bravolebrity in contempt of court, accusing her of “willfully and intentionally” defying an order to produce her financial records amidst their dispute over the validity of their prenuptial agreement.

Believe it or not but the punishments for Criminal Contempt of Court might be considered less severe than those for some forms of Civil Contempt. Under Georgia Law, a person who is found guilty of criminal contempt of court can be fined up to $500 and face up to 20 days of jail. 

As previously reported that Simon Guobadia sought court action against Porsha, alleging she willfully disobeyed an order to produce her financial records. Among the documents requested are records of Porsha’s bank accounts, credit union accounts, and financial transactions from January 2022 onwards.

Additionally, Simon demanded Porsha provide all loan applications related to her or her businesses, recent income tax filings, and any recordings she possesses of their former marital residence.

The couple’s dispute over the validity of their prenuptial agreement has been contentious. Porsha Williams initially requested the agreement be upheld following her decision to end their marriage in February. Simon countered, claiming significant changes in Porsha’s financial circumstances since their marriage, particularly citing her lucrative deal with NBCUniversal Entertainment signed shortly before their divorce filing.

Porsha cited the irretrievable breakdown of their marriage as the reason for their split, while Simon argues the prenuptial agreement is now invalid due to changes in their circumstances since its signing.

Porsha, 43, showcased her resilience and humor amidst her challenging divorce on the 15th anniversary episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Sitting alongside former co-star Phaedra Parks, Porsha joked about her relationship status with estranged husband Simon.

“This is a ‘be his peace’ outfit — I named it that in the dressing room,” Porsha quipped about her attire, a snug red sequin dress with a matching hood. “I’m his peace. Or his headache. Or his wreaking havoc.”

“But I wish him well,” Porsha added, maintaining her laughter despite the heartache. “I honestly do.”

As reported that Williams had filed for divorce from Simon, 60, after 15 months of marriage.
