‘RHONY’ Alum Jill Zarin Unveils Her Complete Facial Rejuvenation
Jill Zarin, the former reality star known from The Real Housewives of New York City, has undergone a series of cosmetic procedures in pursuit of a more youthful appearance.
The 60-year-old enlisted the expertise of plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky, husband of former RHONY cast member Lizzy Savetsky, to perform a facelift, chin implant, and fat transfer.
Dr. Savetsky shared exclusive details with Page Six about the personalized rejuvenation plan he designed for Jill Zarin.
“To address these concerns, I designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan,” he explained. “The procedure included a dual plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful look. To enhance her profile, I placed a small chin implant.”
Additionally, the surgeon conducted a fat transfer to various areas, aiming to restore volume. “I performed a fat transfer to restore volume to her midface, temples, earlobes, and hands,” Dr. Savetsky elaborated.
Exclusive photos and a video obtained by Page Six depict Jill just one week post-surgery, still visibly swollen with stitches.
Despite the early stage of recovery, Dr. Savetsky expressed optimism about her progress. “Jill is doing exceptionally well,” he stated. “She has minimal bruising and swelling, and I expect her results to continue improving over the next several weeks as the swelling subsides.”
During her one-week post-op visit, Zarin engaged with Dr. Savetsky, discussing the changes made and marveling at her new profile. “Look, I have a chin!” she exclaimed to the surgeon. “What size chin did you do? Is that the smallest size you can do?” She noted how the change was noticeable from the side view.
Jill had previously hinted at the need for a facelift to enhance her on-camera appearance. “Not in person, but on TV. I know I need my eyes done,” she had shared at her Luxury Luncheon in July 2022. “I may need some tweaking, but it’s OK. I own it.”
In jest, Jill Zarin also commented on her former RHONY co-stars, suggesting some were less forthcoming about their own cosmetic enhancements. “I’m not like some of my sister-wives who denied doing anything, and yet they look better now than they did 20 years ago,” she playfully teased.
