‘RHODubai’ Newbie Taleen Marie Throws Shade at Caroline Stanbury’s Marriage!

Caroline Stanbury and Sergio Carallo have faced a rocky start to their marriage, and their struggles are being highlighted in Season 2 of Real Housewives of Dubai.

Taleen Marie, one of their co-stars, has weighed in on the situation, adding her perspective on the couple’s turbulent dynamics.

As viewers have seen, Caroline and Sergio’s new home took an extended time to complete, leading them to stay at Caroline’s close friend Michael’s house.

Their temporary living situation, with their belongings scattered in Michael’s space, has caused tension both between the couple and with their gracious host.

Michael’s growing frustration is apparent, as is the strain on Caroline and Sergio’s relationship. Caroline craves space, while Sergio enjoys being close to her, leading to frequent clashes. These heated exchanges often occur in front of Michael, leaving Sergio feeling dejected. This has prompted him to discuss his feelings with their co-stars, including Taleen Marie.

Appearing on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked the RHODubai newbie for her reaction to the latest episode, which showcased Caroline and Sergio’s arguments in front of Michael.

With a sigh, Taleen responded, “I mean, look. Sergio, she abuses – I’m sorry – Stanbury abuses Sergio a little bit. Like, she definitely wears the pants, and I didn’t like it. Michael is such a sweetheart for letting them stay there. It was cringe. I didn’t like it.”

In a previous episode, Caroline sought self-awareness regarding her relationship with Sergio by consulting Princess Diana’s former hypnotherapist.

Caroline expressed her desire to be more empathetic to Sergio’s needs. During the session, the hypnotherapist revealed that Caroline’s tendency to micromanage Sergio mirrored her mother’s behavior towards her during childhood. Caroline acknowledged this and committed to working on it.

However, Taleen’s commentary didn’t stop there. During a segment where Andy Cohen polled the audience about whether Caroline’s marriage to Sergio would last longer than 15 years, Taleen made a controversial joke.

“Stanbury will be dead by then,” she quipped with a wide grin. Andy quickly labeled the remark as “ageism” and moved on, but the moment is bound to be revisited, given the ongoing discussions about Caroline’s age.

Taleen’s debut on Watch What Happens Live was marked by several jabs at Caroline, including comments about her facelift. Despite this, Caroline remains unbothered, proudly showcasing her facelift and affirming that critics won’t dampen her spirits in Season 2.

“This year, I refuse to let them kill my mojo. I’m just going to be me,” Caroline said in a recent interview. “Everyone’s really responding [positively] to me now, and I’m back to who I was.”
