Kenya Moore Hit With Tax Lien Amid Revenge P*rn Scandal!
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is reportedly facing significant tax debts amounting to nearly $15,000, just weeks before her indefinite suspension following a controversial incident during filming.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a “Fieri Facias” filed on March 14 indicated that Kenya Moore owed $14,139.55 in taxes, plus an additional $562, totaling $14,711.80 for the year 2023.
Previously, Kenya had faced a tax lien from the IRS for the year 2016, in which she was accused of failing to pay $150,000.
This lien was eventually released, as reported by In Touch, which also broke the news about the latest document filed by Fulton County in Georgia.
The Bravolebrity has been embroiled in substantial controversy recently. Reports surfaced that during the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa, Kenya shocked attendees with explicit images.
She was accused of displaying posters of series newcomer Brittany Eady allegedly performing oral sex. Sources indicated that cameras were rolling at the cast event when Moore decided to unveil the explicit images. Eady was not present at the time.
An insider told Page Six that there is more to the story, claiming that the photos were “readily accessible” online. It was also alleged that Eady tried to intimidate Kenya using the word “gun” prior to the event, a claim Eady vehemently denied.
“At no time was Kenya ever threatened with a weapon, nor was there ever a weapon present during the course of production,” a production source further claimed.
Photographer Erick Robinson, who attended the now-infamous event, shared his reaction in a since-deleted tweet, stating, “I am still trying [to] recover myself. I couldn’t even take a photo, my mouth fell to the floor and I am just in awe like that was the most deadliest scene probably ever filmed on the franchise.”
Kenya, on the other hand, cast doubt on the reports with a statement via Instagram Stories.
She wrote, “Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. The truth always comes to light.”
In a separate post on X, formerly Twitter, she added, “I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail. I have always been vindicated.”
