‘Summer House’ Star Danielle Olivera Reveals Her and Lindsay Hubbard’s Friendship Changed!

Summer House fans are still buzzing following the conclusion of its eighth season, particularly after unaired reunion footage shed light on Carl Radke’s sobriety, courtesy of a revelation from Lindsay Hubbard.

Additionally, there’s curiosity about the status of Danielle Olivera’s relationship with Lindsay, especially after their tumultuous season and Danielle’s subsequent support for Lindsay post-breakup with Carl.

As anticipation builds for the show’s ninth season, which has been confirmed but without a cast announcement yet, speculation swirls about who will return and who might join the crew.

In an interview with Life & Style, Danielle discussed the ups and downs of her friendship with Lindsay throughout the season.

Reflecting on their fallout early in the season, Danielle remarked, “I think I took a step back a little bit after episode two. I think it was when she threw me under the bus. And I really didn’t love – it just said a lot for me.”

Despite their rocky moments, Danielle confirmed that they are now on better terms, noting, “So, we’re good. We’re on good terms. We’re texting, it’s a little bit lighter. You know – the sisterhood is not there. We just have a different relationship now, and I think that’s the one that both of us are most comfortable with.”

Looking ahead, Danielle expressed hope that their friendship will continue to evolve positively, especially after both attended Andrea Denver’s wedding in Italy.

“You know, maybe just an international excursion is just what we need to get back to what it once was, but I don’t know yet,” she shared optimistically.

When asked about the upcoming ninth season of Summer House, Danielle reflected on the unpredictability of the show’s dynamics.

“You know what, in the beginning of the summer, like when we first started airing, I was like, ‘We had a great summer. I’ve got along with everyone!’ And I was surprised that I didn’t get along with everyone,” she admitted.

Danielle emphasized the importance of casting people who genuinely want to be friends and can coexist harmoniously, crucial factors for maintaining the show’s essence.

Regarding the complex dynamics seen with Carl and Lindsay, Danielle shared her personal stance, saying,

“I don’t know that I would wanna be in the same room with my ex-fiancé, just leave it at that. I could even hear … I’m over [my ex], but if even the name is mentioned, I’m like, ‘And I’m out.’”

With fans eagerly awaiting news of the upcoming season’s cast, Danielle hinted that announcements could be imminent, keeping the excitement high for what’s next in the Summer House saga.
