‘RHODubai’ Star Caroline Stanbury Teases Husband Sergio Carrallo About His Reaction to Her Facelift

Caroline Stanbury, star of Real Housewives of Dubai, opened up about her recent facelift and her husband Sergio Carrallo’s emotional reaction to her transformation.

In a candid interview with Page Six, she claimed, “Sergio is emotional when the wind changes… and he didn’t really understand what a facelift was. It’s not like I showed him how I was going to come out, to be honest,” Caroline shared, revealing Sergio’s initial confusion and concern.

The reality TV personality admitted that even she had uncertainties about the outcome of the cosmetic procedure.

“You guys saw a snippet of it. You didn’t see what was under those bandages, and it was pretty scary,” she recounted.

“The nurses just hand you back and say, ‘Bye!’ And you don’t know, like, how long is this going to last? How am I going to look? I mean, you look crazy on another level.”

Caroline Stanbury, 48, humorously described feeling like she had an “alien face” immediately after the facelift but was pleased with the eventual results.

“You’re like, ‘Oh, I could live like this.’ So you don’t ever see yourself coming around and looking normal. But you do, and I can’t recommend it enough. I loved it,” she enthused.

Stanbury emphasized that the procedure was “scary” but ultimately worth it.

“I need less makeup, which is amazing, so I feel great. I absolutely love it. I wouldn’t change a thing. In fact, I wish I’d done it sooner. I knew it was going to be this good,” she raved.

Despite her newfound confidence post-surgery, fans will still see her “old face” on the current season of RHODubai.

Caroline underwent the facelift in November 2023, a decision that stirred emotions not only for herself but also for her husband, Sergio Carrallo, 29, who shared his heartfelt reaction on social media.

“This was probably one of the hardest moments of my life,” Carrallo expressed in a video shared online. “Seeing the person that you love with all your heart suffering and in pain how she was… it was very hard.”

Caroline, who married Sergio in December 2021, expressed gratitude for his support throughout her transformation.

“So, I was there for her, supporting and helping her day to day,” Carrallo affirmed, echoing his commitment to Stanbury during her recovery.

Both Stanbury and Carrallo are now enjoying the positive results of the facelift, with Stanbury excitedly sharing updates on her refreshed appearance and enhanced confidence.
