Rachel Leviss Claims She will Stop Talking About Ariana Madix Post-Scandoval
Former Vanderpump Rules star Rachel Leviss, 29, made a significant statement on her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue, regarding her stance on discussing Ariana Madix following recent remarks made during the show’s season 11 reunion.
Addressing a viewer question relayed by an executive producer on her podcast episode released Wednesday, Rachel responded, “I don’t need to talk about Ariana any more than I deem necessary to get my point across.”
She clarified, “And, unfortunately, yes, Ariana’s name has come out of my mouth and it is not to bash her in any way, it’s to provide context to my experience and the story that I’m sharing with you guys.”
Madix, 38, had earlier criticized Leviss on the reunion show, accusing her of complicating their lives through her involvement with Leviss’ ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval.
Their relationship ended dramatically in March 2023 amid allegations of infidelity involving explicit messages between Sandoval and Leviss.
Reflecting on Ariana’s comments, Rachel acknowledged the impact of being discussed publicly, remarking:
“Her saying that about me, it made me think, ‘Well, yeah it sucks having [VPR] talk about me every single week.'” She continued, “Not only talk about me but to completely defame me and to push a narrative that is not accurate.” She stated. “So, I get it. I understand her pain when it comes to me saying her name on my podcast and I’m sure it’s infuriating and frustrating.”
Fans had a variety of reactions, with one user bluntly stating, “Just shut up Rachel.” Another expressed a contrasting view, saying, “I don’t like her but I’m glad she’s going to keep her name out of her mouth.”
A third fan questioned others’ reactions, asking, “Why are you guys so mad? She said she was going to stop.”
Adding to the discussion, another commenter remarked, “So can we put Scandoval to rest now?” Meanwhile, a different perspective was shared: “Sandoval and Ariana need to stop talking about it too and dismiss the lawsuit. You still have Ariana attached to it.”
While, another VPR fan said, “You have been disrespectful to Ariana forever and this is all what the podcast is about.”
Despite her decision to move forward, Rachel remains entangled in legal matters related to the scandal. In May, she successfully pursued further legal action against Tom Sandoval in a “revenge porn” lawsuit.
Vanderpump Rules is on pause for right now.
