Chrisean Rock ARRESTED on Parole Violation for James Wright Beat Down Plus Her Crack Cocaine Charges!
Chrisean Rock finds herself behind bars once again, this time on a parole violation related to a violent altercation with James Wright, alongside renewed scrutiny on her crack cocaine charges.
On Monday, Zeus Network star Chrisean Rock found herself in custody after being booked into Los Angeles County Jail shortly after 1 p.m. in the San Fernando Valley.
The 24-year-old, mother of rapper Blueface’s 9-month-old son, was seen handcuffed and escorted by law enforcement officers. She now remains incarcerated.
Video reveals Chrisean’s apprehension by police, highlighting her handcuffed state during the ordeal. According to reports, Chrisean, accompanied by Blueface’s father and her and Blueface’s infant son, Chrisean Malone Jr., was taken into custody by officers from the Los Angeles Police Department at a San Fernando Valley courthouse. This occurred as she attended Blueface’s court hearing related to his involvement in an October 2022 shooting in Las Vegas, resulting in one individual sustaining injuries.
Following Chrisean’s arrest, TMZ sources disclosed that her baby was separated from her custody. According to Blueface’s mother, Karlissa Saffold Harvey, the baby is being cared for by Chrisean’s bestie, Marsh.
Notably, Blueface’s former partner, Jaidyn Alexis, mother to his first son, Javaughn J. Porter, was also present at the hearing, although she was not accompanying Chrisean.
The circumstances leading to Chrisean’s arrest unfold a complex narrative. Reports suggest she is a wanted fugitive in Oklahoma, where a warrant has been issued for her arrest on multiple charges, including possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, dating back two years.
Chrisean, notable for tattooing Blueface’s likeness on the right side of her face in January, previously disclosed during an Instagram Live broadcast her adamant stance against surrendering herself to authorities, expressing hopes for a swift resolution to her legal entanglements. In the session, she emphasized her desire to dedicate time to her newborn son, born in September.
“My warrants are getting cleaned up. I’ve been paying off fees and getting rid of s**t, talking to some people to help my situation out ’cause, you know, I have my son,” she said during her IG Live session. “So, the old me would have just turned myself in … right now I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing. I just don’t plan on that, at all. I’m doing every way possible to get that figured out without even trying to serve time. And it’s working out for me. So, I’ma work on my little situation.”
A bench warrant, initially issued in February in Oklahoma, looms over Chrisean’s case, stemming from breaches of her parole. Chrisean’s legal entanglement traces back to a four-year parole sentence in Oklahoma due to drug-related charges.
The probation violation revolves around Chrisean assaulting James Wright during a Tamar Braxton show in November 2023. Subsequently, James filed a lawsuit in February, alleging that Chrisean assaulted him, resulting in facial injuries including two broken teeth.
Kevin Anderson, attorney for James Wright, expressed astonishment at the events, stating to the Los Angeles Times:
“She hit him multiple times in the face for no reason at all. We were surprised that she was able to leave the facility that night. She had on rings that were pretty much equivalent to brass knuckles.”
Despite residing in California, the bench warrant was issued in Oklahoma, adding complexity to Chrisean’s legal situation.
Initially, upon Chrisean’s arrest, she confronted two charges: possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp and possession with intent to distribute. Notably, the substance in question was crack cocaine.
Despite the severity of these charges, Chrisean successfully evaded incarceration, opting instead for a four-year parole sentence. It’s worth noting that both charges typically carry a maximum sentence of one year behind bars.
