‘RHONY’ Alum Jill Zarin Reveals She Got a Face Transplant At 60!
Jill Zarin made headlines on Tuesday when she took to her Instagram account to share a candid update about her recent plastic surgeries.
The 60-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum revealed that she underwent a series of procedures, including a lower facelift and “other minor tweaks,” after seeing herself on episodes of Amazon’s The GOAT.
In a video post addressed to her fans and followers, Jill showcased the results of her surgeries while sporting a head wrap and admitting to feeling some discomfort.
“I’m back! Sort of? After watching myself on The GOAT on Amazon video, (by the way I killed it this week!!) I decided I needed a lower face lift,” she wrote in the caption of her June 4 post on Instagram.
“I’m bravely sharing that I had a lower facelift and a couple other minor tweaks,” she said. “I live my life openly and freely, that’s why I did a reality show and I think it’s important for people who do reality shows to be honest.” she continued.
“I just want to share my story and my journey,” She added that she would post before and after photos throughout her recovery.
“I had a fat transplant put into my hands because I hated my hands and the worst part was the lipo coming out of my leg to fill my hands,” she explained. “Believe it or not, that’s the most pain I’ve had.”
“There’s no real pain,” she continued. “But I am tired… could be from the anesthesia.”
Encouraging engagement from her audience, Zarin also prompted her followers to subscribe to her account and send her questions on Cameo. “Thank you for all your good wishes and tune into episode 8? Thursday!” she concluded.
In the accompanying video, she reiterated her message, emphasizing transparency and openness about her decision to undergo cosmetic procedures. “I live my life openly and freely. That’s why I did a reality show and I think it’s important for people who do reality shows to be honest. I have no filter on,” she stated.

Despite admitting to feeling tired from the surgeries, Jill expressed optimism about her recovery journey. “I will show the evolution of the real before, the day of, and the following days but I kind of wanted to wait until my first, so I could look halfway decent on this first Reel,” she confessed.
Reflecting on the procedures, she highlighted the challenges of liposuction for her hands but emphasized the satisfaction with the results.
