‘Love During Lockup’ Finale: Rob and Tennie Go WILD Upon His Release and Make a Baby In the Prison Parking Lot!

In the Season 6 finale of Love During Lockup, audiences will witness Rob’s much anticipated release from prison after serving 16 years of incarceration.

His wife, Tennie, accompanied by her son, is there to welcome him with open arms. The emotional reunion unfolds in the prison parking lot, where both Tennie and Rob are visibly overjoyed, sharing an intimate kiss and heartfelt embrace as they celebrate his freedom.

In the episode, Tennie leaps into Rob’s arms and immediately starts smooching while telling him, “I love you so much. Come here. I love you.” She added, ” God bless you. I am really so glad the s*** is all over.” 

“To be free after 16 years, it feels great! But really, I’m speechless, honestly. So I’m just taking it all in. So I’m just taking it all in.” Rob tells the camera.

He continued, “A lot of my life has been set back. It’s time to get down to business and be a man. It’s easy to be a man behind a wall, but out here in the world where I failed once, I’m ready to be an asset to society rather than a problem to society.”

Tennie and Rob first crossed paths in high school, where they shared a brief romance. Rob was sentenced to 18 years in prison for a robbery he committed at the age of 18, serving 16 years of his sentence. Years later, they reconnected on Facebook and rekindled their relationship, falling deeply in love once more.

Tennie is a mom of two — daughter Cheyenne and son Nehemiah, and has been doing her best to raise her kids while Rob served his prison for the last 16 years.

As viewers know, Rob was monitoring her every move from his contraband prison cell phone — he monitored all her activities and the house through video cameras he has set up.

After his release from prison on March 1, 2024, Rob seems to be thriving. Tennie shared his progress on Instagram on April 3, highlighting his achievements since coming home. “In less than a month of being home, Rob has obtained a valid driver’s license, started a new job, and today he got his new car,” she wrote.

She continued, “These were all things that we had only talked about for years, and being able to witness him crush all these goals and remain humble is a blessing. I am so proud of him🧡” Tennie also mentioned that becoming homeowners was “up next.”

Also in the Season 6 finale of Love During Lockup, Rick will face a crucial turning point in his six-week-old marriage. Ayonna, having left lockup, is eager to solidify her relationship with Jamahl. Joey finally has a face-to-face confrontation with Michael, and Candice delivers a shocking revelation to Andrew. Additionally, Shonta’s life takes a dramatic turn due to True.
