Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s Court Battle Expected to Last for Years!

The ongoing legal dispute between Tom Sandoval, aged 40, and Ariana Madix, aged 38, over the sale of their $2 million Los Angeles home shows no sign of resolution soon. The ex-couple, who were involved in a court battle earlier this year, were scheduled for a hearing on Monday, June 3.

However, neither Sandoval nor Madix attended the hearing, with their attorneys appearing virtually instead.

According to a court clerk in Los Angeles who had exclusively talked to The U.S Sun, both legal teams informed the judge of their intention to participate in private mediation, although specifics were not disclosed.

Their final status conference has been set for nearly two years from now on February 5, 2026, followed by a jury trial scheduled for February 17, 2026.

While the estimated duration of the trial remains unspecified, it’s anticipated that the matter could potentially be resolved within a day.

In a court document dated June 3, attorneys were directed to comply with local rules in preparing the case for trial, emphasizing the importance of adherence to procedural guidelines.

Both Tom and Ariana  filed separate case management statements on May 17, asserting their preference for a nonjury trial and anticipating a one to two-day duration for resolving the dispute in court.

The Broadway star cited discord between the parties, negatively impacting property ownership and her enjoyment of the property.

She expressed intentions to file motions for summary interlocutory judgment and compel Sandoval’s responses for written discovery.

The legal saga, which has not been addressed in detail on Vanderpump Rules, remains a sensitive subject for the former couple. Despite a request for privacy during the reunion, emotions ran high as they discussed the affair between Sandoval and Rachel Leviss.

In January, Ariana filed a complaint seeking equitable allocation of sale proceeds and reimbursement for partition costs, while Tom responded, contesting the partition by sale of the property and accusing the DWTS star of filing the lawsuit without good faith.
