Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s ongoing divorce saga has taken another dramatic twist as a court-ordered closet schedule has been issued following a tumultuous incident involving a 911 call made by the reality star.
In a motion obtained by Page Six, the court has stipulated a detailed schedule for Kim’s access to the master bedroom walk-in closet, delineating specific hours during which she can enter the Fspace without interference from Kroy.
“Kim can enter the master bedroom walk-in closet Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., during which Kroy shall not access or enter the space,” the legal document outlines.
Additionally, the order prohibits both parties from engaging in any transactions involving marital property, emphasizing the preservation of assets amidst their divorce proceedings.
Kim is granted access to her personal effects but is barred from selling, trading, or removing them from the former couple’s Georgia mansion, currently listed for sale.
This development comes on the heels of a distressing incident in April when Zolciak dialed emergency services, alleging that Kroy had seized her phone and barricaded himself in the primary bedroom.
“He’s going through my entire phone,” she disclosed to dispatchers during the call. “He’s locked himself in the room going through all of my stuff.”
The incident prompted a previous court order in October 2023, mandating strict boundaries within their shared residence to prevent further conflicts.
Both parties were directed to refrain from entering each other’s designated areas without permission and to maintain civility, particularly in the presence of their minor children.
The tensions between Kim and Kroy Biermann have escalated since the latter filed for divorce for the second time last August.
Kroy has alleged instances of abusive behavior by Kim in front of their children, while she vehemently denies any wrongdoing and has countered with a bid for full custody, asserting her fitness as a parent.
As the legal battle continues, the spotlight remains on the former couple’s tumultuous divorce proceedings, which show no signs of resolution.
