Scheana Shay Criticizes Jax Taylor, Claims He Has A ‘Monstrous Side’
As tensions rise on Bravo’s The Valley, Jax Taylor finds himself under scrutiny yet again, this time from Scheana Shay.
During a recent episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Shay didn’t mince words when discussing Jax’s behavior on the reality series, particularly towards his wife, Brittany Cartwright.
“I feel like there is a different, monstrous side of him that comes out,” Scheana remarked, referring to Jax’s outbursts directed at Brittany on The Valley. Shay expressed disapproval of Taylor’s behavior, questioning whether he has truly evolved as a person.
“It makes me think that he hasn’t changed and he hasn’t grown,” Shay observed. “He may be a great dad to Cruz, but is he a great husband to Brittany?”
This isn’t the first time Scheana has clashed with Jax. In a recent podcast episode, Scheana Shay responded to Jax Taylor’s apparent reluctance to have her and Lala Kent join The Valley. Addressing Jax’s comments, Shay expressed skepticism about his stated reasons.
“For the second time on his podcast, he has said that he does not want me or Lala to join The Valley because it would be disrespectful to the current cast and like no one wants us,” Shay recounted.
Continuing, Scheana asserted, “And I’m like, actually Jax, I just think you don’t want us. If we did a poll, these are all of our friends. You’re afraid of me and Lala being on the show because we’re gonna call you out for the s**t we actually know.”
Just a month prior, Scheana addressed Jax’s disparaging remarks about her parenting during an episode of her podcast, Scheananigans.
Recalling Taylor’s comments made at his own bar, Shay responded tearfully, debunking Jax’s insinuation that she neglects her parental duties.
“Ninety-five percent of the time when I’m out, it usually is a work thing, and it’s also after I put my kid to bed,” Scheana explained emotionally. “I’m still going to wake up with my kid.”
Scheana expressed deep frustration at Taylor’s accusations, vowing to confront him if his behavior persists.
The Valley’s finale is next week, and The Valley will air on Tuesday at 9/8c on Bravo.
