Lala Kent Hopeful for Peaceful Pregnancy After Season 11 Drama!
Lala Kent’s pregnancy marks a pivotal moment in her life, especially as Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules draws to a close.
In a recent Amazon Live stream, the expectant mother shared her excitement for the upcoming summer, revealing plans to cherish every moment as she awaits the arrival of her second daughter. “I’m going to have a peaceful pregnancy because I will not allow it to be any other way,” Lala affirmed, emphasizing her commitment to creating a nurturing environment for her growing family.
Reflecting on the challenges of Season 11, Lala described filming as “bittersweet” during an episode of her podcast, Give Them Lala. However, she’s now shifting her focus to her role as a mother and the preparations for her new arrival. “I want to be a mother to Ocean, but I’m also having to create a very safe space in my body, physically, mentally, emotionally for the new baby that I’m creating,” she shared.
Lala’s 3-year-old daughter Ocean is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her sibling, showing genuine excitement and curiosity. “Ocean constantly just wants to know if the baby is still in my belly,” Lala revealed, highlighting the bond between her daughters.
With her due date set for September 1, 2024, Lala shared her gratitude for this special timing, coinciding closely with her own birthday. Reflecting on her journey to conceive her second child through Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Lala expressed relief and joy at the success of the process. “I’ve always been a single parent, so that part didn’t scare me,” she explained, emphasizing her confidence in her decision to pursue this path to motherhood.
For Lala, having a strong support system has been crucial, alleviating any concerns about single parenthood. “I don’t feel like a single parent. I feel like I[‘ve] got all hands on deck,” she remarked, highlighting the love and support she receives from her close-knit community.
