Darcey Silva’s latest appearance has caused a stir among 90 Day Fiancé fans. It’s not just about her looking unrecognizable; people are also questioning the ethics of those who performed the procedures, regardless of the payment involved.
On Friday, May 31, 90 Day Fiancé fan account ShaBooty shared a Cameo video of Darcey wishing a fan a happy birthday on Twitter. While the gesture was kind, fans in ShaBooty’s comment section were shocked and disgusted by Darcey’s drastically changed appearance following multiple cosmetic surgeries. Shabooty captioned the post, “Ugh if someone bought me this cameo I’d just assume they hate my guts #90dayfiance.”

While Darcey Silva was busy completing her Cameo video — the focus shifted entirely to her barely recognizable face. Darcey’s appearance has dramatically changed, one person commented, “This is heartbreaking. Who would do this to her?”
Another commented, “I’d start crying hysterically uncontrollably and non stop.”
Someone else shared, “Oh. My. God. Holeeesheite. Wow.”

A shocked bystander asked, “Is that Darcey ? WTH happened to her face ?” Someone else commented, “She looks like she’s having an allergic reaction. The 90 Day Fiancé alum has left fans in shocked after unveiling the results of her recent plastic surgeries.
In the past, the Silva twins — Darcey and Stacey Silva have shared several videos and photos on their Instagram Stories, where they appeared almost unrecognizable — with some social media users describing their new look as “ridiculous.”
Back in 2022, Darcey reposted an image from Dr. Kerim Ünal, a Turkish plastic surgeon, showing her and Stacey dressed in skintight beige and white sparkly dresses, highlighting their dramatic transformations.
Dr. Kerim Ünal detailed the extensive procedures performed on the 90 Day Fiancé twins, Darcey and Stacey Silva, 49. Their surgeries included elongating their eyes with “fox eye” surgery, correcting previous nose jobs, cheek lifts, buccal fat removal, 360 VASER liposuction, and breast lifts. Ünal referred to these combined procedures as “Barbie Touch Up Surgery” in a separate post.
Ünal did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for further comment.
Darcey expressed her satisfaction with the outcomes, sharing on her Instagram Story last Wednesday that she looked “snatched” in a selfie showing her eyes and brows pulled back.
