Kim Zolciak Calls 911 On Kroy Biermann After Bank Files Foreclosure Documents!

Kim Zolciak made a distressing 911 call alleging that her husband, Kroy Biermann, had breached a court order amid their tumultuous separation, locking himself in the primary bedroom of their Atlanta, Georgia mansion and rifling through her phone.

In the audio obtained by TMZ from April, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star pleaded for assistance, stating, “He’s going through my entire phone. He’s locked himself in the room going through all of my stuff.” Zolciak, who had been granted the primary suite according to the court order, claimed Biermann “broke in” and was “taking everything out” of the room.

As emotions overwhelmed her, Zolciak expressed her sense of violation, stating, “Going through my phone is insane. I have nothing to hide. There’s no privacy.” Despite denying physical altercations, she voiced concern about her husband’s behavior, particularly as their twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren slept upstairs.

Officers responded to the scene, where Zolciak asserted that Biermann frequently encroached upon her side of the house, lamenting, “This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense… enough is enough.”

Biermann, however, refused to exit the room and denied having Zolciak’s cell phone, despite her claims. This incident follows a pattern of conflict between the former couple, with Zolciak previously alleging theft and threats by Biermann.

Their divorce proceedings have been fraught with financial strain, including a lawsuit against Kim for unpaid bills and foreclosure risks for their $5.5 million Atlanta estate. Zolciak has reportedly attempted to sell family possessions to alleviate their debts, though the outcome remains uncertain.

Apart from their twins, the couple shares two sons, Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr. and Kash Kade, while Biermann has also legally adopted Zolciak’s two daughters from previous relationships, Brielle and Ariana.

A recent ruling by a Fulton County judge has shed light on the financial woes facing the couple, renowned for their appearances on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Kroy’s tenure as a former NFL player. The court, responding to a petition for an injunction initially filed by Truist Bank in October, has signaled its intent to commence a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding on or after May 3, 2024.
