Ariana Madix didn’t hold back on the Disrespectfully podcast, where she vented about feeling manipulated by Vanderpump Rules producers during the reunion. She accused them of trying to engineer a fake scene between her and Tom Sandoval, saying, “They did not do what they thought they were gonna do.”

Reflecting on the finale, Ariana recounted her surprise at being met with footage during the reunion, describing it as a move to force a moment they didn’t capture in real life. “It felt like, ‘Well, we have her trapped in this room now… so we’re gonna retaliate by doing this right now,'” she remarked.

Defending her actions, Ariana asserted that she gave her best to the season, despite criticism. “If you watch the season and you don’t see how low I am… you need glasses,” she stated firmly.

“It hurts my feelings a lot because I was trying so hard. I feel like it is our job to live our lives and I am living authentically walking away from that,” Ariana expressed regarding Lala’s criticism that she wasn’t showing enough of her life at the Vanderpump Rules Reunion. “I could have done it for the show but I don’t think our show thrives when we aren’t fully real. And that was not real on my part.”

Regarding her supposed lack of emotion at the reunion, Ariana explained her decision not to engage in every dispute, highlighting her busy schedule and her evolving attitude towards external opinions. “What you say about me, you can think that. I don’t care,” she declared, underlining her newfound confidence in herself.
