Diddy’s Former Bodyguard SLAMS Apology Video, Alleges He Witnessed Violence Against Cassie and Kim Porter

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘ apology video has been met with skepticism by his former bodyguard, especially after hotel footage surfaced showing Combs assaulting Cassie Ventura. The bodyguard dismissed the apology, revealing to RadarOnline.com that this was not a “one-time incident.” He further claimed to have witnessed Combs assaulting his now-deceased ex, Kim Porter, who passed away in 2018.

Roger Bonds, a former bodyguard for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, expressed no shock upon viewing the 2016 surveillance footage showing Combs assaulting Cassie Ventura. In a late Monday interview with Piers Morgan, Bonds revealed, “It didn’t surprise me when I saw it because I’ve seen things to this nature before.” He recounted intervening in similar incidents as early as 2012.

Bonds also disclosed that he had witnessed the founder of Bad Boy Records being violent with women “around four or five times.” Specifically, he stated, “I’ve seen him [be violent] with Cassie and I’ve seen him with Kim Porter, his kid’s mother,” highlighting a pattern of behavior that extended to significant figures in Combs‘ life. He then proceeded to provide alleged examples of these incidents.

“I’ve seen him get physical. I’ve seen him get really physical, grab them up,” he alleged. “I’ve seen him get into some wrestling and punching matches and sometimes I felt like, ‘What are you mad at? What are you upset about?’”

“Because it’s a deeper anger when you’re hitting and punching a woman in that type of manner,” Bond shared. “When you have a problem with every woman that you’re dealing with, then I think that problem is inside of you.”

Roger Bonds, former bodyguard to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, expressed skepticism about Combs‘ apology video in which the mogul took “full responsibility” for his assault on Cassie Ventura. Bonds criticized Combs‘ approach to the apology, stating, “You can’t just say anything you want to say and think that people are going to accept it.” He also addressed allegations made by Cassie that Combs had paid $50,000 to obtain the hotel surveillance footage, suggesting that Combs was likely aware of the security cameras in the hotel hallways and had the means to acquire the video. This claim points to a calculated effort by Combs to manage the narrative following the incident.

“When you go through life just paying your way out, I really feel like he wasn’t sorry about that — he might be sorry now that he got caught, but if that was a one-time incident, then I would say accept his apology, but I think in that apology he said what he thought people wanted to hear,” Bonds charged.

The 2016 surveillance footage that captured Diddy physically attacking Cassie corroborated the allegations she made in her recently settled $30 million lawsuit against him, filed in November 2023. Initially, Diddy denied the accusations from his ex and accused her of blackmail. However, his stance was significantly challenged when the video of the assault was leaked, providing visual evidence that supported Cassie’s claims about the nature of the incident.
