Lisa Vanderpump MOCKS Dorit Kemsley After Her Split from PK!
Lisa Vanderpump shades Dorit Kemsley’s appearance and reacted to her separation from Paul “PK” Kemsley during an episode of Watch What Happens Live with host Andy Cohen.
When asked about her past interactions with Dorit, especially an incident involving a magazine shoot where she excluded Dorit’s face, Vanderpump joked, “No, she actually had a head transplant, because her face doesn’t look anything like it did when she started [the show]. So I thought, ‘I’ll cut it off, because I don’t know what this head is gonna look like.’”
Dorit, who has denied having facial cosmetic surgery, had expressed her dissatisfaction at the time, stating it was a “bit s–tty” to be photographed fully only for the images to be cropped.
Dorit has maintained that her changing appearance is due to non-surgical treatments, explaining in a 2021 Instagram Story,
“The only plastic surgery I’ve had done is my boobs. It drives me crazy when people say I’ve had plastic surgery on my face. I’ve done filler and Botox and I work with masterful makeup artists who can transform your face. If I ever decide to do plastic surgery, I promise I will happily share it.”
Amid speculations and comments from co-stars about her looks, Lisa shared that Dorit and PK’s recent decision to separate was not unexpected. She revealed,
“I haven’t watched the show –– contrary to what many of the cast members say –– but I do have a mutual friend, and, well, a few mutual friends actually with PK, and I kind of heard from the hotel that he was staying in for many months that they’ve been separated for quite a long time on and off, backwards and forwards, so no, it didn’t surprise me.”
Expressing her sentiments about the separation, despite her personal feelings, Lisa Vanderpump remarked, “it’s sad” as they have children together.
“I hope they work it out. I really do,” she added. Following their split, Dorit and PK issued a joint statement explaining that they are taking time apart to reevaluate their relationship but intend to maintain a “harmonious environment for our children.”
Since announcing their separation, both Dorit and PK have remained relatively private about the details, with Dorit acknowledging to a fan on Instagram that sometimes “s–t happens” in relationships. Dorit has been actively participating in the new season of RHOBH and was seen with her wedding ring, sparking rumors after reportedly dining out with PK shortly after their separation news broke.
