‘RHONJ’ Star Margaret Josephs Labels Teresa Giudice A ‘Sociopath’
When Margaret Josephs speaks about Teresa Giudice, it usually signals trouble. In Season 14 of Real Housewives of New Jersey, the tension between the two is palpable, with both clearly stating their mutual disdain. Adding Jeff Lewis into the mix only heightens the drama.
Margaret recently aired out the show’s dirty laundry on Sirius XM’s “Jeff Lewis Live,” where she accused Teresa of deceitful behavior and called her a “sociopath.” This came up while discussing an incident from the Season 13 reunion involving Luis Ruelas allegedly calling Margaret’s son at work — an accusation Teresa and Luis refute, suggesting it was a spoof call.
Margaret, however, remains firm. “He actually called my son, but I don’t want to really hyperfocus on that, but he did,” she stated.
Despite initially trying to downplay the incident to avoid on-show drama, Margaret felt compelled to revisit it during the reunion. “I brought it up at the reunion just to say, ‘This is what you did. This is why I want nothing to do with you people,’ and they’re sociopaths.
Teresa’s a sociopath,” she explained. Though only a qualified mental health professional could officially make such a diagnosis, Margaret believes Teresa’s continuous falsehoods exacerbate the tension among the cast.
“She is lying nonstop in people’s faces,” Margaret alleged. “I’m watching her do interviews and lie about things that are happening. Just admit that you hire people. You dig up stuff.”
Around the same time, Melissa Gorga, another member of the RHONJ cast and Teresa’s sister-in-law, also spoke out. In an interview with Page Six, Melissa expressed her disappointment in the conduct of Teresa and fellow cast member Jen. “I just think there’s so much grossness out there with social media and what it looks like my sister-in-law and Jen [have] done is pretty embarrassing for them and pretty gross,” Melissa said. “[I’m] just embarrassed for them at this point.”
In a recent Entertainment Tonight interview, Teresa Giudice addressed the allegations of leaking information.
“I don’t do that. Everyone who knows me, I am so real. Like, what you see is what you get,” she stated. “I don’t go digging up people’s pasts.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sunday nights, at 8/7c, on Bravo.
