John Fuda Labels Luis Ruelas as ‘A Social Climber’ Amid Luis Allegedly Pissing Teresa’s Money Away!
It’s clear that Luis Ruelas and John Fuda are set to clash this season, with their wives, Teresa Giudice and Rachel Fuda, likely getting pulled into the fray. John Fuda recently spoke about the premiere and his issues with the self-proclaimed entrepreneur Luis during an appearance on the May 1 episode of the Two T’s In a Pod podcast, hosted by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp and Real Housewives of Orange County favorite Tamra Judge.
Referring to the season’s sneak peek, Mellencamp asked John if he thought, “Luis [is] using Teresa’s money.”
“Luis is a social climber,” the RHONJ star responded.
Despite the cast hearing “a lot of things” about each other on social media, John takes what he’s heard about Luis seriously and reveals that he does not trust Teresa’s better half.
“The whole investigative thing rubbed me wrong. The whole way he does business rubbed me wrong,” he admitted.
Fans will recall how Luis backtracked on his remarks that he had hired a private investigator to check on the RHONJ cast.
Another issue, according to the father-of-three, is the “try to be perfect” image he believes Luis is trying to push. “The whole know-it-all and trying to be the greatest father thing,” he added. “None of us are perfect.”
Unlike his first season, where he was more of a supporting player, John is in the thick of the action this time around, starting from episode one. “You have to defend yourself,” he explained, feeling “attacked” during production. This was certainly not the experience John was hoping for while filming RHONJ. “I wanted to go out and drink,” he said. “And have a good time. Next thing you know, I feel like I’m Teresa’s storyline this year.”
Rachel Fuda recently commented on Teresa Giudice signing on for Season 2 of E!’s “House of Villains” during a chat on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.
“Hustlin’ for a buck out here in these streets. You gotta do what you gotta do,” said Fuda, likely referencing Giudice’s alleged money woes that play out on RHONJ Season 14.
The Bravolebrity, who, alongside husband John Fuda, feuds with Giudice throughout this season of RHONJ, noted her surprise at Teresa readily accepting the “villain” label. “She took the title. I didn’t take the first punch as she says, right?” Rachel said. “So she called herself a villain.”
In the Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 trailer, Teresa Giudice’s marriage to Luis Ruelas, whom she married in August 2022, is spotlighted as a source of financial and emotional turmoil. The trailer teases intense moments, including accusations from Giudice’s castmates that Ruelas is mishandling her finances.
Danielle Cabral shares with Melissa Gorga that Giudice is struggling at home. “Teresa is distraught because in the house there is not a lot of calm,” Cabral reveals, with a scene showing a tearful Giudice adding weight to her words.
Margaret Josephs also weighs in on the situation, voicing her concerns to her husband, Joe Benigno, about Ruelas’ detrimental financial actions. “Louie pissed her money away,” Josephs candidly tells her spouse during a phone call.
The trailer further shows a tense exchange between Giudice and Ruelas, hinting at their rocky relationship. Ruelas expresses his desire to mend their relationship, saying, “I want it to be better,” only to be interrupted by Giudice who firmly responds, “It’s not going to be better.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays, at 8pm ET, on Bravo.
