During the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, Crystal Kung Minkoff was mainly direct in her approach to questioning Kyle Richards, who has been in the tabloids for her romance speculations with Morgan Wade amidst her separation from husband, Mauricio Umansky.

“The whole thing was odd, from beginning to end,” Crystal remarked about the reunion, where the spotlight was firmly on Kyle. “It felt very like a roller coaster.”

“It was very like up and then [there were] lows,” she continued, during an interview with Bravo’s Hot Mic podcast. “And then the Kyle of it all at the end, that was very interesting to me.”

“So I was like leaning in because I had so many questions for Kyle,” she added. “I really wanted to ask her questions. And at the very end you know the last question, right, was would you be with Morgan? And she’s like ‘I don’t know. I don’t know. I’m open.'”

“I’m like, ‘I’ve known this. I have felt this for a long time, for a year and a half,'” Crystal disclosed.

Amid Crystal’s candid remarks about Kyle and Morgan Kyle Richards has also shared her struggles in a heartfelt episode of Kelly Ripa’s podcast, Let’s Talk Off Camera. The 55-year-old opened up about being grilled by her co-stars over her separation from Mauricio Umansky, to whom she was married for 27 years before their split last year.

“The way they came at me, it was not from a loving place or a friend that said, ‘Do you need someone? Are you OK? Is everything OK?'” she recounted.

Kyle described the ordeal as “unbelievable — honestly it felt inhumane,” revealing that she had begun telling her RHOBH co-stars about their marital troubles at the start of Season 13. “You saw, I said, ‘I’m gonna tell the girls we were having issues,’ [and] they were relentless. They wanted to know every problem,” she continued.

She expressed disappointment that her co-stars didn’t approach her in a kind, off-camera manner, which might have allowed her to confide more openly. “They also knew the other things that had gone on in my life — not just my marriage — the other stuff I was dealing with, and I was like, ‘Can you not give me some grace?'” Kyle shared.

Kyle also touched on her grief over the loss of her best friend, Lorene Shea, adding another layer to her emotional state during the season. “I was like, ‘Guys, cut me a break,'” she implored, stating she “did not do one thing to hurt anybody” yet was still “treated like that.”

“Why was nobody there for me to lean on? Obviously some more than others. Obviously we know who was driving the bus on that situation,” she concluded, reflecting on her feelings of isolation amid the cast’s dynamics, intensified by Crystal’s earlier insights.

Although Kyle did not name specific individuals, it was known that her confrontations with Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais during the season had been particularly strained, with Stracke questioning her honesty and Beauvais criticizing her for wearing a “makeup” wedding ring.
