Joe Gorga Puts Teresa Giudice On BLAST On Social Media!
Joe Gorga responds back to Teresa after what she said on The Talk about their fallout.
On Tuesday, Teresa Giudice, 51, appeared on The Talk to discuss the latest season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” and her current family dynamics. The longstanding tension between Teresa and her brother Joe, 49, along with his wife Melissa, 45, came to a head in 2022 when the couple skipped Teresa’s wedding.
During the show, Teresa was candid about her fallout with Joe and Melissa, explaining,
“I kept my mouth shut to keep the peace while my parents were alive. My parents are no longer here and after what they did, after my wedding, tried to make my wedding all about them. That was the last straw. I get if a stranger goes against me, that’s fine, but when your family member deliberately hurts you. That’s on a whole other level.”
Teresa also mentioned that she feels guided by her late parents, saying, “I get signs from my parents all the time that I’m on the right track because your family members should not hurt you.”
However, Joe was quick to express his disapproval of Teresa’s remarks in an Instagram post, writing,
“Wow, she is a sick human being. Manipulation at the deflection of her disgusting behavior. Her parents from heaven are telling her she is on the right path to hurt their son. That’s some sick s**t.”
The relationship between Teresa and Melissa has also been fraught with conflict, often erupting into petty arguments. The tension was evident in the lead-up to Teresa’s wedding to Luis Ruelas in August 2022. Joe and Melissa chose not to attend, believing that the couple had helped spread rumors about them cheating.
Addressing the rumor that he and Teresa sent Joe and Melissa a bill for not attending the wedding, Luis clarified, “We would never in a million years ask for money from Joe and Melissa—we are not petty. Joe and Melissa were missed.”
At the Season 13 reunion, emotions ran high, and Teresa expressed a desire to cut ties, stating, “I can’t wait to never f***ing look at your face again after today.”
Joe’s response was definitive: “You know what the best thing to do is? Forget about me, I will forget about you. That’s it. Do your thing, leave me alone, leave everybody alone, live your f***ing lives.”
Melissa echoed the sentiment of irreconcilable differences: “I definitely feel the hate, right, you see it. It’s clear that I can never please her, I never could from day one. No matter what I did it was wrong and, obviously, some things never change. I do love you, no matter what you think. I worry about you and I’ll go with the flow with whatever the family decides to do.”
