Amid mounting financial turmoil, a judge has issued a foreclosure date on Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sprawling Georgia mansion.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s multimillion-dollar Georgia mansion is once again under foreclosure, as revealed in documents.

A recent ruling by a Fulton County judge indicates that the court “intends to initiate a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding on or after May 3, 2024,” as detailed in a petition for an injunction initially filed by Truist Bank in October.

The couple, known for their appearances on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Kroy’s career as a former NFL player, have been embroiled in a year-long divorce battle following nearly 12 years of marriage.

Nestled within the confines of a gated community, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s lavish 15,000-square-foot Georgia estate, valued at $6 million, is once again making headlines. Boasting seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and an array of luxurious amenities including a fitness room, wine cellar, game room, and a picturesque pool with a grotto area, the property exudes opulence and privacy across its nearly two-acre expanse.

However, behind the facade of luxury lies a tale of financial woes. Zolciak and her daughter, Brielle Biermann, recently found themselves entangled in a legal battle over personal property. In a suit filed by Ally Bank in December, the duo was ordered to surrender a 2019 Range Rover, with accusations of owing over $83,000 on the vehicle contract. The situation escalated in March when a writ of possession was issued, mandating the return of the vehicle.

After 11 years together, the couple initially filed dueling divorces in May 2023, only to retract their petitions in July. In a significant development during a status conference hearing in October, a judge issued a ruling regarding their Alpharetta, Georgia, home. The court ordered that the residence “shall be listed for sale,” granting both parties exclusive use of designated areas until the property is sold. Zolciak was granted exclusive possession of the basement/nanny suite, while Kroy was allocated the master bedroom. This legal maneuvering underscores the ongoing complexities surrounding their tumultuous relationship and impending divorce proceedings.

The property faced foreclosure and was slated for public auction in March 2023 after the couple defaulted on a $1.65 million loan secured against the estate back in 2012.

Reports emerged in February 2023 revealing that Kim and Kroy’s opulent Georgia mansion faced foreclosure, with a scheduled public auction slated for March. Allegedly, the couple’s financial predicament stemmed from defaulting on a substantial $1.65 million loan obtained against the property back in 2012. However, despite the looming threat of foreclosure, the auction was later called off, providing a temporary respite for the embattled pair.

But financial woes didn’t end there. Separate documents obtained by Fox News Digital last year unveiled that the couple owed the IRS over $1 million in unpaid taxes spanning the years 2013, 2017, and 2018, further compounding their financial challenges.

In addition to their financial struggles, Kim and Kroy navigate the complexities of parenthood, sharing four children together: Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane.
