Zeus Network SUED Over Rollie Pollie’s BOTCHED BBL … Fat Squirts on Cameraman During Filming!

The plastic surgeon who operated on Gia Mayham, also known as Rollie Pollie on reality show, Baddies, is suing the Zeus Network.

Rollie was not happy with the results after she underwent a double Brazilian butt lift and a flex sculpt at Goals Plastic Surgery, last year. She candidly expressed how she felt after going under the knife, but the lawsuit’s main focus involves a trademark and copyright dispute.

Rollie’s plastic surgery journey was documented on her own Zeus Network spinoff called Transforming Rollie — where she underwent a dramatic makeover involving plastic surgery. The Zeus Network cameras were granted exclusive access to film the procedure, capturing every moment inside the operating room. The footage turned out to be shocking considering Rollie’s BMI at the time of the surgery was 52 and she was not put under anesthesia.

During her double Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery, liquid fat from Rollie’s rump flew around the room. At one dramatic point, pressure accumulated in her backside causing the liquid fat to eject across the room, striking the cameraman. While the incident was undeniably unsettling, it made for compelling TV.

Goals Plastic Surgery alleged trademark and copyright infringement in their  lawsuit against the network, in court documents obtained by Radar Online.

The facility’s website described Rollie’s first procedure as an “autologous fat transfer to the buttocks and the hips” and claimed that the second procedure “easily removes unwanted fat from specified areas.”

Goals Plastic Surgery reps claimed that Zeus agreed to allow them to review footage to ensure that it didn’t damage their professional reputation or expose any of their other patients. The company reportedly wanted to be extra careful, due to the loose nature of reality television.

The documents stated — “Defendant’s representatives promised that the television production would be entirely positive, would benefit Goals’ and Dr. Voskin’s reputations by putting them in a positive light, and that the sole consideration for the services to be provided by Goals was the positive advertisements and representations stemming from the procedure.”

The facility called Rollie’s behavior “beyond reproach” after she underwent the second procedure. The lawsuit accused the reality star of making defamatory comments, including calling the doctors and other staffers “unprofessional.”

The lawsuit alleged that Rollie did not stop defaming the surgical facility and that she even falsely accused them of “killing patients,” among other remarks. She was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit, but was taken to arbitration in a separate legal action.

In March 2024, Goals Plastic Surgery took issue with a trailer promoting the series. The facility was tagged in the preview, which aired on the Zeus network.

“Throughout the promotional video, Plaintiffs’ locations and trademarks are regularly used and displayed,” documents stated.

The lawsuit also called attention to individuals in the video who appeared to be patients.

Legal docs said — “Concerned with what might be on the rest of the planned show, Plaintiffs had to act.”

Goals Plastic Surgery also pointed to a second video they found problematic, alleging that the footage disparaged the facility and used their “locations and the trademarks.”

The plaintiffs are suing for more than $2 million in damages.
