Ann Maddox Talks Catastrophic Job Interview With Ariana Madix and Firing! 

Ann Maddox delves into the intricate details surrounding the job interview debacle with Ariana Madix, her termination, and her reactions to Tom Sandoval’s recent interviews, offering insights into their fallout and revealing when she last spoke to Sandoval.

Tom Sandoval’s former assistant Ann Maddox revealed additional insights into her controversial job interview with his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, which occurred while he was still living with Ariana and eventually resulted in Maddox’s dismissal.

The Vanderpump Rules star, who had signed a nondisclosure agreement during her employment with Sandoval, responded to his public statements regarding the incident and discussed the circumstances surrounding her termination.

“When we originally were supposed to shoot that interview, Tom was not supposed to be home,” said Ann Maddox on the Vanderpump Robs podcast. “But then Maya ate the chicken skewer, so we had to cancel it. And so the only other time we could shoot it was when Tom was home.”

Ann Maddox indicated that she raised questions with producers regarding the decision.

“You can’t really argue with the producers. It gets a little sticky,” she hinted. “That’s probably all I could say for now.”

She later discussed her reaction to watching Sandoval’s interviews discussing the situation, describing it as a “wild experience” to hear his perspective.

“It’s so wild to me,” she explained on her own We Signed an NDA podcast. “But I totally get it. I hurt his feelings by handing my resume to Ariana and wanting to work for her. That being said, some of the things that he said, I was a little like, ‘Ok…’”

She described it as a “wild experience” to hear Sandoval’s claims.

Later in the podcast, Ann Maddox delved into the aftermath of their drama and recounted the last time she communicated with Sandoval.

“I want to make it clear that I was never formally fired. How many months has it been since August?” she asked. “The day after that all happened, I got a text saying, ‘You don’t have to come in. He just needs some time,’ and I texted back, ‘ok,’ and that was the last time we had … communicated.”

“What would have been nice, what would have been thoughtful, was when you replaced me with another employee, you let me know that it’s time for me to find another job,” she went on. “I have no income. I don’t know if I’m allowed to file for unemployment … I’m just kind of a sitting duck with my bank account running out with no net. It’s a terrifying position.”

Ann Maddox disclosed that she has set aside a “lawyer fund” to save up for legal representation, ensuring she’s prepared for any potential legal issues with Sandoval.
